Tbf, he might be deserving of the sack - we have no idea what happened.
-
could have sworn I lost this exact bet a month ago (Or was that vs Ajaccio?)
-
That transfer should have been disallowed
-
Tbf to Scoot, while I don't go to games anymore or have a Sky subscription, I did some gardening and planted a few trees the other day. Ashley probably breathed some of that oxygen. All one big pot and that. I'm as guilty as any of you.

Excellent He knows this forum's humour suspiciously well, tbh. "I for one welcome them"
-
Sitting next to a Palace fan who is always going on about Pardew today
-
Ordinarily I'd agree but NUFC have such little defensive resolve that science won't be against him IMO.
-
Don't give a shit about Sunderland tbh - except I hate Larsson and Cattermole, and reckon one of them should be in jail instead of playing football. Would rather they won than Palace.

Culture of losing has set in. Happened with Sissoko et al, happened with the new boys. To paraphrase Rob Elliot paraphrasing Pardew "where we are is about right" - this mantra is believed, accepted and thoroughly okay. Compare that with the sense of entitlement to European football and trophies experienced by Liverpool players. I think our squad is shockingly imbalanced, but that we have a few really good players. Given the (unavailable) choice though, I'd get rid of them all and start again in the Championship with a team that learns how to be winners. As it is, the old lot continue to pollute the new lot, who pollute the newer lot etc.

Feel bad for being a dick for no reason in the NFL thread now. Sorry man.

Eagles/Panthers/Patriots/Seahawks/Bears @ 5/1ish

Can't believe Juve are only 6 points off the pace, as things stand, after the start to the season they had. Like seeing Chelsea back in the title mix at some point this season.
-
Love a bit of Garth. Dude was about to squirm out of his seat at 0:37 He's like that mental bloke off the bus
-
They might even stage a walkout in the 89th minute on the final day of the season. That'd show Ashley what for.
-
Personally I always acknowledged he had lots of the attributes needed to be a monster but I thought he was unintelligent and, more importantly to me, not a killer in front of goal. I was wrong on both counts.
-
Captained Lukaku hoping Garde isn't a boring bastard going for a nils apiece.
-
I didn't rate Zlatan for an embarrassingly long time.

Is that a compliment? He's scared of Sam's knowledge of PowerPoint? I messed with his quote. I've edited it to what he actually said.
-
Alan Pardew's Crystal Palace host Sam Allardyce's Sunderland on Monday. Pardew says: "I never fancy my chances against a Sam Allardyce team, because of his knowledge of PowerPoint. They'll give everything they've got to get the victory after they see his presentation." He adds that strikers Connor Wickham and Marouane Chamakh are back from injury. Midfielder Bakary Sako may train tomorrow, but Dwight Gayle is still out.

Hah! That showed him. Eat your heart out TaylorJ_0001!

Where's that Squires comic strip....

Probably a writer from a bygone era tbh.

I agree, HBA didn't have a very good game and anyone saying he did is blinded by their love for him. Clyne had far more attacking forays then Gibbs, but let's not mention that if it doesn't fit in with your narrative.

Thought he would be the one to make something happen for France, if anyone, in the first half but got hooked anyway. They've got so much competition for places in those spots and politically he's riskier/doesn't play for as glamorous a clubs as his contenders so I wouldn't expect to see him too much at the Euros. Kingsley/Griezzmann/Martial will all be ahead of him in wide forward positions IMO.
