No need he will get the full protection of our attackers by staying at least 30 yards from him at all times Good thing too, because Papiss really throws his weight around when in the box -
What are the expectations of the Man U fan this season? Will you be content with a 4th place finish? Cos I can't see you winning the league. 4th place or thereabouts is where you'll finish and definitely not top 2 imo. I said at the beginning of the season we'd finish third and I still think that'll be the case. However I do think we're capable of challenging still. Arsenal are a fair bit ahead but I'm expecting them to falter. I know we're sitting in 8th position but we're only three points off Chelsea in second. Basically I'm expecting third and would accept fourth. If we're not going to be the ones to win the league I would prefer to see Arsenal to win it. Wenger deserves it. Goes without saying I'd be extremely pissed off if Chelsea or City won it. We're still not playing overly well but have put a decent run together. It's a huge game on Sunday. Generous IMO, think you're occupying a false position in the league based on your performances, and I'm a big believer that eventually results will follow performances (cf. Alan Pardew )

Eto'o's smile after that goal Cheeky!

Really can't believe this is the same Ramsey who I was convinced was finished last year after he came back from his injury and played horrifically. So much credit to him, Arsene and the Arsenal coaching team for getting him back on track to fulfilling his potential. Great fortitude.

Mirror image of the reverse fixture in many ways IMO, except BvB already had a great foothold and Emirates' regulars were quietened by the Dortmund away fans already.

That lino was waiting for that shit. Been waiting ages to catch someone with it

Fucking Arsenal fans. Only a small, and particularly thick, minority in my experience.
-
Rosicky won't be able to move tomorrow, what a shift.
-
That's amazing Kasper!

Arsenal are so good man.

TalkSport: Aguero or Suarez?

Nah, reckon he's always been at this level (more or less) during in his time here. Just not enough "marquee" enough for some IMO, so it's taken a bit of time to impress. Glad he has though.

Mackems always seem to raise their game for Citeh. Hopefully not this time.

Save it for weekend, Kun

He's played his best football for us on the right and moving him away from that position isn't helping him, it's moronic to do so. Totally agree, but he got moved because his work rate dropped and he was "responsible" for a couple of goals. If tracking a man now and again is the difference between having him in the team or not I reckon he should just do it. He was winning the ball back himself at times when he was on the right previously, which was delightful. I think HBA has been chastised unfairly here. HBA hasn't been particularly lazy compared to the rest of the team, but he's played in games where the team haven't pressed as a team, they've pressed sporadically as individuals and it's been ineffective/knackered them out. Difference on Saturday was that everyone was doing it. Don't see why HBA wouldn't operate fine within a system where the onus wasn't on him to press by himself. He's not a lazy guy, I don't think.

Ah right. I did explain that at the time. Put down the shovel, man.

Remember the time HappyFace's homemade statistics/source had a non-integer for goals scored or sommat Nah. Quote it. Yes, boss. If? Another imaginary counter argument. Let's keep it real http://i41.tinypic.com/2ptvziu.jpg So outside of the top 7 only West Ham, Swansea and Southampton have had more efforts within the box. An no, I'm not arguing that West Ham play pretty, attacking, cohesive, intricate football. Any more than I am us. How can sides take shots that don't result in integers, like? Again, could be from the corner of the box. Trust your eyes, padawan - not that stats T'was shots taken, not scored. I did say 'sommat'.

Haven't seen much of newlook Spurs this season tbh, but from what I have they seem to struggle to breakdown sides - but Newcastle are very charitable to sides struggling to click, and wouldn't be in the slightest surprised if we're the ones they're facing when all their new players begin to click.
