You haven't even got stink lines coming off their players ffs. Turncoat.

Always enjoy when managers lay into journalists. Other than when he refused to talk about Bayern, which in fact is very much related to the pre-match press conference, I whole heartedly agreed with everything else he said. Wenger is largely spot-on tbh. The journalists sound like a pack of cunts with their leading thinly-veiled insults in the guise of questions. Even the comment about him not discussing Bayern's defence seems like it was edited.

Yankstats are good fun. I see the appeal. This particular one translates very poorly to football IMO. If we won our next game 26-0 we'd still behind Boo-Rendan's Liverpool on goal difference (well, that and 9 points). This is a sad statistic.

Good form, this! 59, 60, 81, 78, 65, 87 \o/

Only got one wrong, but a lot of them were guesses. Point well made.

Very happy with that, if true. Yanga-Mbiwa at RB was solid.

Even I forgot about them after your initial comment tbf mate. We should be allowed to play them more often

Two games over 1600 miles apart. They're not cycling back from the Ukraine like They just sit down for a few hours.

Not really since the league have changed the rule regarding 'weakened teams'. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/14166038 Missed that.

That's fair enough. Especially if Laudrup hadn't mentioned in the lead-up to the game that he'd be fielding a weakened side etc Even the impending £25k-odd fine will be worth it if this time next week they've got a trophy to parade around back at the Liberty. That's not to say they couldn't have won both, but the weighting of the two games are so far apart in terms of importance. The remainder of their Premier League season is a dead rubber along with 60-70% of everyone else tbh.

Opposite of cowardly. Putting all his eggs in one League Cup-shaped basket. Forgot they achieve the Europa League anyway by winning it in my previous post. Don't think they've done anything wrong personally. Selfish maybe, but that's their right. The PL is so uncompetitive, they know they have no hope of a CL spot, so why not take every possible measure to make sure you're in the strongest position possible to win a trophy?

Arguably an ideal position for Swansea. Don't have the squad to take on the Europa League, and have a chance to win a cup this season. Sensible move to stick where they are in the table! The perfect (barely realistic) season for them.

I can't remember the last time we did. Stoke last season at home.

He'll score against us.

Bucktooth needs about 13 more points to justify his selection as cap'n over Michu. Liverpool look decent though, must be said.

Wondergoal.

This looks so normal now.

Laudrup fielding a weakened team. This guy.

Always find it harsh knocking older athletes who put on weight. Everyone gets old ffs - they can't all stay in Ryan Giggs/Teddy Sherringham shape post-35!!

Pot, Kettle, Black - but agree. Staggering in a way.

He committed 2 fouls. I hope your intended delivery was as dry as it was in my end.
