  2. As long as we see he's at least capable of some end product then he can definitely be forgiven for what looks like a lot of nerves in my book.
  3. Fck me Cabella how did you sign for us? Way too good for us. How long till he is Pardew'd...
  4. If we keep it on the deck, playing well, that's all we can ask for. If it was route 1 shit again then yes I'd be hoping for a loss. Fair play though, so far, we've looked good.
  5. We do, now if some of the negative f***ers on here would see that and support the team it might make this place more bearable Absolute drivel, the fans are the only thing that are not negative about this club. You think? I haven't got enough time to give you examples from this board but the weight of negative versus positive will be well in favour of the former. How about I give you plenty of examples, page 1 post 1 of the Pardew thread. Have a read. After that I'll get you onto Ashley with an article I wrote for the Mag.

  7. I'm always here.. I was right all along!!! :frantic:
  8. I'd give him a 10-0 victory if it meant the c*** would f*** off there.
  9. F*ck me I'm laughing my arse off at work now!
  10. I've noticed a marked increase since the Cardiff game in people popping up to try and spread false truths to defend Pardew and the regime, to try and influence what is a very knowledgeable and justly anti-Ashley and anti-Pardew forum. Every time they post (they know who they are), I see them get shot down by 5-6 forum veterans, but they just don't give up and keep trying to push their point as if it is valid in any way.
  11. Such as? Like I have said, about 15 times, I do not defend his tactics or his style of play. We have spent pretty much +-0 pounds in the last 5 years so if you consider that we are somehow still in fricking EPL where eveyone is splashing cash left, right and center. And this sentence doesn't mean AP has done great job, but it is a fact that Mike doesn't want to spend. At least a top 6 side? on our better times under Sir Bobby yes, not with the current owner and the situation with the big clubs. They don't even look to spend reasonably. Ffs Everton paid about 30 million for Lukaku? We are not going to spend anywhere near that kind of money. You're on the take mate. Arsenal had a net spend of 0 for the past 8 years before last seaons and were in the Champions League every season. What's your point? So you are now comparing us to Arsenal? who has in the previous 20 years once finished outside top4? I think they are a bit stronger than us and their youth pool maybe a bit better. Nevermind Wenger is 50 times better manager and better at developing young players than Pardew. Thank you.

  13. Beye vs Debuchy is obviously an opinion, both very good for us while they were here. Personally I rate Debuchy more, and going on 'stats' wasn't he the best right back in Europe last season at some point ?
  14. How much did Laurent Robert track back? Under a great manager, Sir Bobby Robson, he was one of the most unpredictable, effective left wingers we've ever had, I rate him higher than Ginola personally. Under a crap manager, Souness, he couldn't even get in the side.
  15. Anyone struggling with a defensive contribution argument should just point them to one of our greatest ever managers, Kevin Keegan, and how he handled Ginola. The difference with Keegan is that when players complained (Rob Lee) about Ginola's work rate, Keegan took him to one side and told him that yes he wouldn't track back, he's not going to do much when we don't have the ball, but when he does, he could win us the league. With Pardew, as he's spineless, he bends to the whims of the players and won't protect or use the talent at his disposal.
  16. Design it on MS Paint in a grid of 10x10, then go find 100 people to wear said colour t-shirts in that 10x10 grid in stadium. tldr; bloody hard.
  17. All them billionaire owners eh. If only we had one.
  18. That's what struck me as well, wouldn't we get far more money over the same period by doing a number of shorter deals? I've no idea why we go out of our way to deprive ourselves of commercial revenue. Really?
  19. Staggeringly pathetic. Which I highly doubt is accurate, my numbers are: 2012/2013 - 41 2011/2012 - 65 2010/2011 - 46 2009/2010 - 0 2008/2009 - 34 2007/2008 - 43 2006/2007 - 43 2005/2006 - 58 2004/2005 - 44 2003/2004 - 56 Total = 430 10 seasons = 43 points per season The Premiership kept on going even when we weren't in it because Ashley got us relegated, fucking numpty.
  20. I imagine they don't want to lean on either side of the argument incase some pro Pardew supporters refuse to drink there. Maybe the pro-Hatem ones should instead..
