  1. They'll probably put the deal in place this summer I'd imagine for the transfer next. If he leaves reckon Arsenal could well miss out on the CL.
  2. Some cunts would buy a binbag to wear if that was launched as the new kit man.
  3. LIVERPOOL v Trabzonspor CELTIC v Utrecht DUNDEE UNITED v AEK Athens Rapid Vienna v ASTON VILLA CSKA Sofia v TNS Odense v MOTHERWELL Timisoara v MANCHESTER CITY
  4. That's a lot of money to turn down, if true. Aye, I'd accept that. Sure its Fabregas, but thats money that you can rebuild a team with, especially when you've got Jack Wilshire and Ramsay coming through as replacements. hasn't he been snapped in two? might be a reason wenger is being so reticent - if this lad was fit and ready to step in then the deal might be done already Yeah, he's injured this season, but hopefully he's still got his whole career a head of him. If Wenger has one thing down, its planning for the future. A reported 50m Euro bid coming his way, two rising stars to replace Fabregas, seems like a great situation to be in. That's a lot of money to turn down, if true. Aye, I'd accept that. Sure its Fabregas, but thats money that you can rebuild a team with, especially when you've got Jack Wilshire and Ramsay coming through as replacements. That'd be unbelievable pressure on young relatively unproven shoulders though. Arsenal would need to buy someone to replace him I reckon if he left. Incidentally thought Kheidera would've been ideal for a team like Arsenal. Why? Wenger is one of the best in the business at knowing when a player is or isn't ready for 1st team football. Wilshire has that 'arrogant' swagger commentators love talking about (like Rooney when he was 16). Sure, it'd be a huge ask for him to last the whole season, but there are other players who can step up too, such as Diaby or Nasri. Not fit to lace Fabregas' boots, agree with Nasri though. Could even end up changing their system and playing Song Diaby Walcott Arshavin RVP Chamakh
  5. Be such a good experience for the kids playing the cream of countries like Brasil, learning from what they do and then adding it to their own game. Regardless of results.

  7. Aye Champions League nights are fucking brilliant. European nights generally are good but when you're playing the proper big boys What seed are Spurs liable to be if they progress? Although Young Boys put out Fenerbahce so they'll be no pushovers.
  8. Dynamo Kiev v Ajax Zenit St Petersburg v Auxerre Werder Bremen v Sampdoria Braga v Sevilla Young Boys v TOTTENHAM FK Partizan v Anderlecht Sparta Prague v MSK Zilina Basel v FC Sheriff Rosenborg v Copenhagen Salzburg v Hapoel Tel-Aviv
  9. Werder v Sampdoria will be a biggie as could Braga v Sevilla. Another big Scando clash between Rosenborg and FCK. We allowed to post Waffa fixtures?
  10. Nice of Harper to let you sit on his knee Dave.
  11. Aye, said this a while back, would be class.
  12. Potentially, especially with Abidal getting on (although he often plays CB) and Evra liable to be sacked off after his summer antics. Be a poor move though as Zog is atrocious at LB. You would imagine Gaël Clichy would be above CNZ for the LB slot. Probably, but his form was iffy as fuck at the end of last season. Still a decent player like. Aly Cissokho is probably ahead of him too although I've not seen him play since he went to Lyon. Looked class for Porto though.

  14. Fully agree with this. The skills he lacks he is going to learn from getting game time.
  15. If you're there. Shout "Hijo de puta!" repeatadly at the Colo Colo players.
  16. Good job you learnt from your error yesterday quoting it again then.
  17. Wish he'd take them marbles out his mouth before he started commentating.
  18. Floodlight failure, thought it was going to be radgies on the loose in the stands or something, disappointing.
  19. Slovan Bratislava v Red Star Belgrade has been suspended according to livescores, wonder what the craic is.
  20. Looks like a decent turnout for the dippers.
  21. Tbf, looking back on his strikerate at Leeds is actually pretty shocking. He played right wing to be fair. I seem to remember him playing striker a lot of the time. Shit, can you imagine him trying to play RW nowadays? Try not to, I'm still recovering from watching him play RW when he first moved.
