    Good luck to him.

    Players in public

    Spot the odd one out.
  3. Nigel Adkins went a bit overboard like but good work none the less. Wonder if he'll be off in the summer, he's done a brilliant job @ Glanford Park.
  4. How many players do "replicate that at Old Trafford or Stamford Bridge" though? Realistically, I'm not sure that's where we'll be picking up the points to try and ensure our survival. Didn't get beat at either last season, its not those games we have a problem with its the dogshit sides like Hull, Bolton, B'burn, Wigan etc we fuck up at .
  5. I'm guessing Ashley himself doesn't set the prices suprisingly. Aw, come on man. Why on earth would he allow one of his businesses to take sales away from his club? I'm fully expecting to be proven wrong now, but it's just not cricket. Because they are completely seperate entities & in effect competitors - he won't have anything to do with shit like pricing, far to low level for him. P&G and Unilever own several competitor brands under the overall umbrella brand that compete against each other for e.g.

How do you mean? Get back and get compact? It is more to do with the individual they are used to & have grown up playing against "10's" in South America as every game they play it is more than likely the oppo has one, skill levels range from Marinelli, Ortega, Buonanotte,Riquelme,Aimar, D'Alessandro though. Likewise Brazilians defensive players grow playing against them as well. Messi has not grew playing against South American defenders of course he has come against many but that inter team was packed with tonight which was not a surprise. I have watched Messi many times playing for Argentina in Copa & WC qualifies games & he has never reached the level only he can. They certainly don't hone the willingness to get back and be compact in Argentinian league games because there is absolutely none of it. Aside from Estudiantes the other 5 teams i saw over there were as open as you liked at the back. Spot on, this is what I mean about it being the individual player who knows how to deal with these magicians who wear "10". Probably why smaller more mobile all round defender usually comes from Sth America - Cordoba, Ayala, Samuel even Coloccini even though he didn't play much for Boca. They learn their individual skills but then when they move to Europe they learn more about team defending as a unit etc.
  8. We have no need for a 3rd kit the greedy cunts.
  9. Too similar (W'son and Hall is probably the problem). Taylor is a lot better at bringing the ball out from the back but I'd be more than happy with either him and/or Williamson in the first team squad next season.

  11. Well I'm convinced. he's spelt his name wrong
  12. Lyon supposedly after him I think I read this week.
  13. Me either. Still at least their fans are nice honourable gents...oh wait.
  14. Probably be a 1 good game in 3 kind of player.
  15. Which he missed. Scored the rebound though I wouldn't trust Smithy to put the rebound away!
  16. Off to get neckache at B'burn ain't he? I'd take Kalinic if they're sacking him off.
  17. The main reason people don't like Inter is because of the way they conducted themselves against us in the CL a few years ago.
  18. I'd fucking disgusted if i were a Janner like.
  19. Gallas & Cole is the only one I can really think of recently. (Cole & Gillespie a lot further back mind) We got Taylor as part of the Insomnia deal.
  20. Premiership players plz. The lad can play, although he's only just turned it on recently. Been watching recent videos of him (specifically) and Reading today for uni purposes and he has been fucking electric. On current form he could play at the top level, but like I said he's only really come to life in the second part of the season. Definitely will be PL clubs sniffing around him this summer. Would prefer Gyllfi Sigurdsson.
  21. So only 36Kish home supporters.
  22. Back to the pre-Istanbul levels then. They've got 20,000 people on the season ticket waiting list though. "Can't get a ticket lad" is the stock answer when you ask them why they don't go the match. What they really mean is "Can't be arsed, I just go the pub" That flight ban must have stopped the Scando's coming over. Less than us in all but one of our league games.
