Hopefully going to streak. Why you so anti-Painsil Baba? Dislike his lap of honour after every game?

Aside from the play-off winning manager I'd imagine.
-
Essien isn't an out and out DM in my opinion although he does play superbly there.
-
Luke Young & Curtis Davies would significantly improve our defence. With Bouma being released too thats 4 FB's Martin O'Neill is getting rid off, he really doesn't like them does he? Him and Maradona must share tactics.
-
But it took Hodgson decades to achieve any kind of domestic recognition, and he'd still never be considered by one of the "big" clubs. English clubs' directors are mostly incredibly narrow-minded. You can be sure as shit that Ferguson would never have been offered the Man Utd job today. He already has an ok English club record to back it up whereas Hodgson didn't as much.

They're a funny lot that bunch down the road.

Loveing all this World Cup talk like. Only 30 days to go, can't wait.
-
FB's are only in as reserves as Maradona will be playing 4CBs a la Tony Pulis.

Umbro World Champions Collection - who is your pick?

The lass representing Uruguay is also Argenine. Girls from that neck of the woods (Argentina & Uruguay) are the fittest in the world IMO. So many stunners its literally unfair. -
Clemente Rodriguez is a LB IIRC. Definitely a FB at least.
-
DJ Campbell might join full time if they're lucky.

Blackpool. Brilliant performance.
-
Playoff games are nearly always class. Nice on Bpool.
-
According to commentary. Shocking really. Biggest game for a long time for either of them. Poor form from the police/Forest.
-
Whats with all the empty seats behind the goal? Blackpool not sold all their tix or unnecessarily big segregation from Forest. Shite either way.

All of this is from the FIFA site for those wanting links.

Yeah Brazil are pletty blessed at RB. Similarly France are absolutely stacked at LB: Evra, Abidal, Clichy, Cissokho, Tremoulinas. Dommenech will probably end up picking Didier Domi though.
-
Shame one of them isn't English or in Brasil's case left footed.
-
Could well be him that stands between Spain and the cup though so i wouldn't worry too much although it would be a shame not to see him at the WC.

Julio Baptista can play as a striker and he has another 7 players, incl. 2 strikers who are on the reserve list if someone goes down injured. If Kaka goes down, then well yes we're pretty much f***** but I hope he doesn't. Who is on the reserve list out of interest? Brasil's defence (some would say + keeper but I still have my reservations) will win them the World Cup not their attack, a lot of people still cling to this notion that all Brasil teams mirror the 70/80s flair team hence some of the reactions. IMO they are a lot more like an international version of Inter build on strong defence and midfield but with a forward group who are quick and decisive. Bit disappointed Roberto Carlos didn't get a call up instead of Gilberto but thats just me. Do you think if Pato had been fit he would be in the squad?
