I think there were 3 teams that started this season in that division with negative points & they're well behind Darlo. Aye, fair play to Rotherham and Bournemouth and even Luton. They've all made a decent go of it this season despite their negative start totals. Especially Rotherham since they aren't able to play their home games at Millmoor this season.

Woodgate made Hughes,Bramble and Bernard look solid. The contrast between our defence when he played to when O'Brien played was massive. Best defender I've seen at NUFC by a long stretch.

Was noticable how bad Harpers distrib. was because Givens had improved a lot over the last season or two. Remember when given used to kick it like he had a sandwedge for a foot- could barely clear the halfway line.

Doubt he will to be honest - second season is usually an attackers thing as defenders get wise to your tricks, its arguably harder to reproduce ever week being an attacker.

Not really sure what you're trying to say in relation to my point but its a boost for the region as a whole when all the teams are doing well. I used to go watch Durham a bit when i was a kid with my grandpa and its great to see them winning trophies considering how far behind they were when they became first class.

Falcons are aguably the smallest club in the Guiness Premiership though in terms of support/turnover id be willing to bet. Its no coincedence their results have picked up since the internationals started again where unlike many others they don't lose very many players. Rugby League is wank, team fucked off to Hull last time they were in the topflight (i think) and Thunder will never get a license to be in the Superleague as there is no promo/relegation for at least 4 yrs
