    Remy Cabella

This guy good? Never heard of him.
  4. It clearly did need to be explained to him in the way you suggest, or at least in a better way than it appears to have been put across to him. Who replaces him is irrelevant to how he's told that he's no longer needed. Do you really need this explaining to you?
  5. It's all about respect and common courtesy Nut, if it's true then Pardew showed none at all. Treat others as you expect to be treated yourself, like Mick says. It's not only poor management in terms of Jonas, it carries across the squad too as they obviously don't want to hear that their colleague(not to mention a very popular one) is being treated like a twat by the manager.
  6. That is fucking ridiculous.
  7. Probably not but still don't see what benefits him saying it.
  8. Of course, we just don't know that's what happened. Those Jonas quotes could have arisen following hundreds of different conversations with Pardew. He's unlikely to go to Norwich and say "Pards explained that I wasn't good enough for Newcastle, they're looking to move forward". Why would he say anything about it? I agree though, we don't know what has gone on obviously but you would think he would just let it be rather than come out and say that. I can't see what benefit it has to Jonas saying it considering he will be back at the club in the summer and is obviously one of the more respected figures in the squad.
  9. If someone has been working for you for years, giving mainly 100% but hasn't been performing that well for a year or so you don't just cut them off without any explanation. Firstly it's just not the right thing to do and secondly it is utterly shite management. That seems obvious to me.
  10. So if your manager at work just told you to fuck off and you asked why, you would expect nothing less?
  11. Sound like good advice, I always leave a bit in after a good win and use it on something totally stupid. Will start doing this.
  12. Not sure man, I've not exactly been keeping track of our transfer 'activity' if I'm being honest.
  13. Didn't know that many of the other Lyon players playing tonight but they look a good team, played some lovely stuff.
  14. Been watching it too, he's been a monster with a fair bit of skill. Seems more intelligent with his movement than I thought he was too. Saw him before and thought he was shite.
  15. Yep agree with all that Sewelly.
  16. Am on the >1.5 goals too, sorry Neil.
  17. Seem to be. A bit mental imo.
  18. Agree Lotus, it is all about using them properly.
  19. Think Martinez has always liked a big man up front, gives him the massive lump option anyway.
