The numbness and apathy post Rafa hasn't lifted. I'm just watching all of this to see it all burn.

Keith Bishop or George Soros, has anyone seen both together in the same room? I rest my case, cucks.

What the what, so Seymour is a false flag?

But if that "less revenue" is enough to mean the club makes him a loss rather than a profit, his whole reason for owning us disappears. It doesn't have to reduce his income to zero. Just enough to make us a millstone around his neck rather than a cash cow for him. Saying "but other revenue is more" is completely missing the point. Ticket revenue wouldn't be the difference between profit and loss How can you type that with a straight face? According to the latest released figures for 2017/18, we made an operating profit of £17.6m Ticket revenues were £24m So yes, on its own and without looking at anything else, ticket revenue absolutely is the difference between profit and loss for Mike Ashley. A further £28m was brought in through sponsorship, and trust me if you've got an empty stadium and nobody buying shirts then that takes a hit too. Add in further that if we go down, he looses the TV money and we'd all agree that a full stadium decreases the likelihood of relegation but to be honest to get shot of him it's a price I'd accept in a heartbeat to have my club back. In summary: Don't talk utter rot. I didn't look at the accounts Is that total profit of the club in the 2017-2018 season then? £17.6m? If we do make a loss, then the debt goes up by the way, which means the price goes up which means its even more difficult for a potential buyer. Seymour, surely you can see the gaps in your thinking here. If a business loses is value, regardless of the debt it has accrued, there will be no willing buyers paying the amount the seller is asking for with the cost of debt included within. For very recent evidence of this, see Sunderland: their owner had to basically give the club away to two idiots for almost nought, while having them give him the parachute money to pay back the debt he loaned to the club.

That might have legs, BJs for the boycott! This should go down well on twitter

Not sure why people are getting mad. We’ve seen this character arc before. Seymour is Ian W Mark II — an infuriating poster who goes onto have a very public epiphany, recognizes the errors of his ways, an important part of any character development, and goes on to become one of the more valued posters on here. Seymour just doesn’t know it yet.

Less than a month after Rafa leaves, indiscipline is back. Hooray.

Yeah theres league 2 clubs with better cup runs than us in the last 12 years Rafa "led fans on..." has somehow made me laugh and also be incredibly raging and angry at the same time. Quite an achievement.

Just had time to listen, fair play to Chopra. Can one of you kind souls clarify something for me. Chopra said he had someone interested in buying the club, they spoke to Ashley's lawyer, and then what? What happened that made Chopra think (realise) he didn't want to sell the club? He said that the lawyer told him to tell the Saudi guy to fly over and meet him in London. I'm assuming there's more context to it though, as in it was said or done in a way that made him think twice. Interesting how Michael Chopra knows a rich Saudi though It’s definitely insulting as there is no reason to refuse a soft initial approach, which I’m sure is usually done (like with any deal in any walk of business) via a phone call or email. To immediately be told that “if you have so much money, fly down to my office and see me, mate.” Smacks not only of someone not really serious about getting a buyer, but a party filled with arrogance & an impolite attitude right off the bat.

Chopra spelled it out succinctly what happens in event of genuine interest in buying the club... it is simply NOT for sale and Ashleys lawyer will be a c*** as soon as you show interest. I think we had that one worked out from this summer's events Just out of interest - what's the story with Chopra? Last time I heard his name mentioned was when he was missing open goals against us and dealing with gambling issues - now he is fronting Saudi consortiums to take over Newcastle United? Fair play to him. Head on over to the talksport website and listen to his comments when he called in. Great guy all around. Good to see someone pushing back and voicing what the fans are feeling.

Yessss Dejphon. I hope he shows these wankers up.

Just involves checking his gag reflex for Mike. Nice

So long, and thanks for all the fish.

I don't know who the other two Steve's are, and I refuse to google them.

Source? It's all in the daily journal Eye Tea Kay, which also has hourly updates about the takeover.

More like: we were on life support for almost a decade and then a buxom Spanish nurse walks in and gives us sponge baths for 3 straight years, telling us how we’re gonna be just fine, make a full recovery, and become celebrities in a few years. Then the nurse is sacked off and we come crashing back to reality, except it’s no longer just that we’re indeed on life support with no way back, but the buxom Spanish nurse has been replaced by Steve fucking Bruce in a nurse outfit.

Everyone: Oh Brucie, I wish I'd, never seen your face...
-
The Times has already run a puff piece about Bruce. Is there any other club they would do this for? If any other club got rid of a manager of the caliber of Rafa and went and hired Steve Bruce as a replacement, would they bend over backwards to make it all seem rosy? We seem to have zero friends in the media, bar Shearer.
-
I don't know why, but this has just broken this heart of mine. I've been numb up to this point. But if / when Longstaff goes, I don't even know what we'll have left on our hands here, certainly not a club.
-
Not that it would have mattered in the whole scheme of things, but a young British manager with some vision and promise, or similar from Europe, at least would've been bearable. Steve fucking Bruce. Can't make it up.
-
I don’t loathe him (yet), I just think he’s an awful manager who should be nowhere near our club. Are you kidding? I've loathed him since he was in his "prime," this dude is not fit to be in the NUFC dugout, or in the dugout of any team in the top flight. Turgid football, no tactics, a PFM for the ages. I loathe him even more now after learning even Fat Sam was smart enough to suss out the situation at the toon, to walk into this situation willingly shows you have no professional pride, no care for the fans or the club. You just want a quick paycheck.

Dear Midhat, I sent you 12 Whatsapps in autumn, You must not have got'em, I left my Insta, Facebook and Snapchat at the bottom.

As if receiving such messages wouldn’t scare away any real owners. These people are fucking stalking him.
