Anyone figured out what the Goz actually does?

Corner! Chance to make history under Pardew, lads.
-
I think this calls for a renewal of the 8-year contract.

We're incapable of stopping crosses from coming in from the wing?
-
Great control there by him, he's at least trying now. Woohoo.
-
Maybe they thought he was offside.

DJ peddling the Tory line on immigration, I see.

Cue Ben Arfa thrown on in the 70th minute to save our asses.

Great write up by .com. Fucking shit that we're back to square one. WTF is going on.
-
Gonna be using that on many-a posts from now on.

Were people actually singing Alan Pardew's Army or something or the other before the game began? My word.

We don't even get wildcards. ESPN. I am surprised they even spell the players' names right.
-
I know, wankers got injured right away. I'm on the ESPN Fantasy League though through work, and we only get 29 transfers for the entire season, so I'm being very thrifty with my money.

I'm waiting until one of the fake websites, like tales of soccer, gets it. Not sure when that'll be, but they look pretty real. Didn't know about that site, but I'll keep an eye out, thanks a lot.

Current squad: De Gea Winston Reid Cahill Gabbidon Hazard Ben Arfa Ramsey Michu Remy RVP © Dwight Gayle Subs: Tim Howard, Figueroa, Glenn Johnson, David Silva.
-
Brought in Remy for Berbatov (wtf was I thinking...) and Ramsey in for Fellaini (has done f--k all all season).

Catch-22. Situated in Canada, I have no idea where to get a proper shirt from, so I went onto the SD website and saw they were selling last year's Ben Arfa shirts (sans the Wonga logo, of course) for twenty quid. Don't wanna line the fat one's pockets, but also badly want his shirt. Bah. Any suggestions?

Not worthy of a thread - 2018 FIFA World Cup edition

Didn't he have long hair then? Surprised it didn't provide proper grip for Blatter. Maybe he's a hands-free kinda guy. -
The biggest worry is not HBA or his anything he does, it's that the hopes, goals and dreams of the entire fucking club are placed on him and him alone to execute. We need someone else even half as good as him in the side, hopefully Remy can fix that.
-
Not once in his entire time with us have I ever thought we should sell him. Even when he was injured. WTF? Consistency. Did you forget we almost went down last season? And we have no hope of attracting someone remotely in the same calibre as HBA who is MORE consistent than him. That person probably already plays for Madrid, Barca or one of the mega clubs of the world.

If Shola starts we're in trouble. FFS.

He really hasn't, not by any measure. I keep having this same argument with a mate of mine. Ashley has turned a club capable of competing financially with even the likes of Arsenal at the time, to one that cannot, in the manager's own words, compete with Southampton. FS may have spent more than he should have on players and used future ST money etc. to do so and yes we were in debt but the club could handle it and because we actually had ambition, we were only ever a good appointment away from succeeding as we showed under Sir Bobby. Ha we kept Sir Bobby and gave him 50m even if it was borrowed, we would have succeeded somehow at some point. Oh and while we did owe the banks a lot of money, we didn't owe anywhere near as much to them as what is owed to MA, a malicious cunt of a man who has zero interes in the club other than what we spend and where he can plaster his tacky two-bit SD brand. How do I do that clapping thing?
