That's exactly how I see it. I'll wear one, but I don't think there's any need on either side of the argument to try and influence others. For fuck's sake, IT'S GANDHI.

The only fearless managers I've ever seen at the helm of our club are Messrs Keegan and Sir Bobby. You felt a tingle in your balls each matchday and even when you lost 0-1 at home, it felt just like a bad day at the office, and you knew it wasn't a signal of a larger malaise at the club. With every other manager, these types of 0-1 home defeats generally signal the beginning of the end for the manager (a la 0-1 Derby, for Fat Sam).

What. the. fuck. Are we actually discussing the possibility of re-signing KEVIN NOLAN? Is this actually happening?! Wow. I hope this is a brainfart from Pardew because that is so fucking mind-blasting.
-
What was his big downfall after Celtic? The Villa job? I doubt it'll be his last job, people keep hiring wankers and has-beens forever (Fat Sam). The Premiership is an old-boys club and a lot of chairmen don't have the vision to give someone fresh a chance.

Winning at Anfield requires another Highbury-esque moment of madness, with Uri Geller running circles around the ground before kickoff and Andy O'Brien in the heart of our defence.

So nobody's allowed to have any opinion on football not directly related to toon games?

That fucking ball from Enrique to Sterling was incredible. Just what we've been missing Nah, I <3 Santon

As much as I hate Clattenburg as a referree, that Chelsea team is looking as despicable as Liverpool.

So many years on this forum and this is the only fucking thread of mine that's stuck. The human race is a farce.

I still think we're playing him too deep. We need Tiote to be covering behind him, and Tayls and Colo in the heart of defence, and Pardew needs to have him play further up the pitch.
-
I agree, nobody should excuse him as he's been doing it all season, but I do wonder... do our coaches NOT give this feedback to him? You'd have thought after his mother-of-all-back-ups against that freekick at Anfield, where he practically sucked all the air in front of the ball and into the net, someone would've spanked him in the dressing rooms each time he did the same thing.
-
Point still stands though, about the sort of vaginal tightness we've come to expect from Colo.
-
On the instant-replay it looked dodgy, close but dodgy. I could be wrong, I'm hungover.
-
Like it or not Shola's been winning those headers all his career, he's done it with Shearer and all the strikers we've had since then. It's one thing he does right.
-
The goal was offside, and also, who was picking up Lukaku after he very calmly walked across our backline and into a goalscoring position? Both Colo and Santon (who had his hand up for off-side as soon as Lukaku walked over, to be fair) should've been tighter and closer to him. I understand Simpson's done this time and time again, but we don't have better alternatives right now, we didn't sign Debuchy, so kicking him to the curb or putting his confidence down isn't he best way forward for us, short-term.

You've gotto be kidding me.

An absolute raping

I don't get how he's apparently Maradona in training, according to Pardew, who has a hard time leaving him out of the team, and then serves up dross each time he's given a chance. Maybe it's a mental thing? And just how good can he be in training?
-
drop him 10 further back and he goes from Carlton Palmer to Carlton Banks sigh Here you go, practically begging for it... http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lv14okIuhf1r2s3o0.gif

It's strange, going just by this season, why Cisse wasn't dropped today and Ba was, who's been playing much better since day 1. I think that probably irked him more as he and everyone knows he's the more in-form striker this season, so benching him and not Cisse just shows it's more about who the boss prefers. Just brainstorming. I don't think we'll know the full extent of his unhappiness, but going by that interview, its weight definitely lingers each time he's on screen, like the elephant in the room.
-
Strange comment that, think you need to expand on it to avoid seeming mental. My usual casual scanning over posts lingered a lot longer than it should on that initial comment, thanks for pointing out the reason which is that it makes absolutely no sense

Not the Ivory Coast - Senegal game, take note Owen. This post encapsulates exactly why we despise Mickey -- someone should send this to him via his beloved woe-is-me twitter feed.

This. Although I always liked him and at the same time wished he had the role he currently has for us previously when we used to mistakenly start him thinking he'd become this consistent predator. He's more a flashes-of-brilliance and then hands-behind-my-head kinda guy. The dude abides. He shall abide in history as a legend. Or at the very least, some sort of semi-hero.

Alright, I have to ask. I've probably missed the explanation a good few pages back, but I'm too lazy to scour for it. What the fuck is "marra?"

For those of us without a subscription, what's he saying?
