  1. Feel like if Isak was a little sharper tonight he could have had a couple tonight. They are leaving him one on one with VVD but it hasn’t quite come off for him yet. Dunno if it’s sharpness/conditions/fatigue. Still fancy him to score though…
  2. Line drawn from Isaks elbow? Suppose it’s better than his shadow
  3. Our only hope is that Salah has wanked himself to exhaustion having seen he’s up against Burn
  4. What im interested to know if whether this high load is going to result in a higher or lower fitness baseline once the fixture schedule calms down again
  5. Interesting, didn't know that was a thing. Thanks
  6. Came in to post about this. Last night in the Man Utd game the Forest defender passed the ball back to the keeper, he skied his clearance which then bounced back into his hands. It should have been a backpass and I cant understand why it wasn't given, did the commentary team mention anything at the time?
  7. About time and i'd support a player strike if it went down that road too
  8. back on eBay with their cup final scarves

    Nick Pope

Hadn’t really realised (until you notice Dubravkas constantly poor starting position) how important Pope as sweeper keeper was.
  10. Just a walking shirt today, another rushed back and ran into the ground due to circumstance

    Dan Burn

Was clear from the opening minutes they had identified him as the weak link and liked their matchup against him. All first half I was desperate for him to be subbed before the inevitable happened. ….
  12. Certainly sounded like a threat when I heard it earlier. Also has more of a sinister feel when it was recorded during the clubs hospital visit.
  13. Like I say i need to see the incident again but based off the VAR replays they didnt even consider the defenders playing of the ball
  14. " A player in an offside position receiving the ball from an opponent who deliberately played* the ball, including by deliberate handball, is not considered to have gained an advantage, unless it was a deliberate save by any opponent. *‘Deliberate play’ (excluding deliberate handball) is when a player has control of the ball with the possibility of: passing the ball to a team-mate; gaining possession of the ball; or clearing the ball (e.g. by kicking or heading it) If the pass, attempt to gain possession or clearance by the player in control of the ball is inaccurate or unsuccessful, this does not negate the fact that the player ‘deliberately played’ the ball. " https://www.thefa.com/football-rules-governance/lawsandrules/laws/football-11-11/law-11---offside I need to see it again but i would say it was an unsuccessful attempt to gain possession or clearance, what else is he doing otherwise?
  15. Doesnt matter under the rules that were played last season
  16. Going back to this, it doesnt matter if Isak was offside when they drew the lines. The other defender intentionally played the ball before it fell to Isak so he cant be offside. Or have the rules changed again?
  17. Their player intentionally kicked it so onside?
