  1. Ashley, Kinnear and Pardew will be having a celebratory threesome tonight.
  2. Eh? 1st time we've beat a lower league team within 90 mins under Pardew. Previous wins were all after ET (Scunthorpe, Forest).
  3. 1-0 lead at half time. Hopefully Pardew doesn't manage to fuck this one up.
  4. What's the betting that Leeds will look like the Premier League team?
  5. The most worrying thing is how powerless the fans are. If 50,000 people protested with banners and chants at St James' Park, they'd be delighted that there are 50,000 people buying tickets. They couldn't give a fuck about banners, chants, campaigns etc, they just don't care at all. The only way to properly hit Ashley is to stop going to games in protest, but it isn't going to happen.
  6. I tend to agree that it's important that we win well tonight. Obviously a win puts us into the next round, but if we win well it'll boost confidence and hopefully mean the likes of Cisse can end his drought. It's also gives us some hope as well when a lot of us have none.

Why do people go back and quote posts from years ago, in this case as far back as 8 years ago? So Wullie was pissed off with various managers on separate occasions over the years, big deal, most people on here were.

Another thing, a new manager will be crying out for spending in the transfer window to take in some of his own players. Pardew, as we've seen already, is happy to sit there while next to nothing is spent. Pardew suits Ashley right down to the ground.

The thing is though, there's a very long list of managers just as bad if not worse than Pardew that would all be first in line for the job. I'd rather we just stuck with one bad manager than chopped and changed through old has beens for the next few years. Pardew is terrible, but in his time here we haven't gone down, there are much worse managers that would take us down. We could of course get lucky, but when has that ever happened to us? Decent established managers cost too much money for Ashley and won't put up with his nonsense. If we got lucky with an unproven manager then realistically how long would he stay here? He'd probably want more money eventually and would probably attract the interests of other more ambitious football clubs. Ashley's set up is built for bad managers who are happy to just be at a club like Newcastle, or even just be employed for that matter.

I want Pardew out, but at the same time I don't trust Ashley to replace him at all, especially with that knacker Kinnear so far up his arse. We're fucked either way, so I'd rather we just stuck with Pardew now and saw this out. Realistically all we can hope for now is staying in the Premier League until Ashley is gone and we're finished with this nightmare. I just hope the free advertising for Sports Direct isn't so significant that he's going no where because of it.
  11. We can't afford to go too weak against them, Leeds will be no push over when they're against one of the bigger Premier League clubs. Cisse absolutely has to start this too, he has to start scoring asap.
  12. I'm kinda happy he isn't back yet. He'd probably walk into the starting 11 and do some daft shite to mess us up against Hull.
  13. Premier League clubs (and other leagues) should just play without their internationals, rather than take a month off. Those two pre-seasons are a complete joke man, once again club football is forgotten about in favour of the internationals.
