I’ve seen some people say/hint that if we win this one then CL is ours. I don’t agree. It would be looking very very good but no matter if we win lose or draw there’s still quite a few games to go and the possibility of one or two more twists before the season ends.

Pressure… Handle the pressure and play in a relaxed but Intense way and we win. Unless Kane/VAR fucks us over.

Isak Pedro Diaby Veiga Bruno Ugarte Grimaldo Botman Schär Trippier Pope Not necessarily a must start 11 but wanted to put the new signings in. Add some cover for Schär and Tripps maybe. A lot of money but we would have very good depth and be able to rotate well And have quality.

We wont be signing Rice and rightly so. We are not there yet to spend this much on one player. Especially with European games next season. Yes it will bring more money in but it will require us to strengthen the squad a lot more. For the price and wages for Rice we could sign and pay wages to both Ugarte and Veiga and still have some wage over probably. Never say never but i would be amazed if it happens. Not the right way to go yet either imo.

Onana is a good player but not good enough technically in tighter spaces under pressure imo. For the money he would cost I’d look elsewhere. Much rather him than mactom though.

I would give Gordon quite a bit of playing time. Think it would be good to put him on after 30 minutes when they’re tired and then take him off around the 6oth.

From the little i have seen I think Pedro is pretty complete as a player. Yeah he can and probably will get a lot better at many things but he looks like one that has more or less everything in his locker.

Pedro is a player I think can come in and do really well from the off, but most importantly grow massively as a player with better players around him and our style of play within time. As said his versatility is a bonus as well as being used to the league and environment so it won’t take him long to adapt. also half the price of Diaby which leaves cash for other areas to strengthen too. Think it would be shrewd business. Has the technical ability to go very far. Makes much sense. We could more or less get him and Veiga for the same price as Diaby.

I do think and realise there’s been pressure for sure, and we have handled it well. That pressure goes up a notch or two if we have say two “bad” results in a row. I don’t mean just outside pressure, but the pressure that players put on themselves as well, add some frustration to that and it can get ugly pretty quickly. Hopefully we can keep the snowball rolling. Even if we don’t reach the CL then it’s been a great season. Pressure can still get to us. It does feel like we have some leaders and confident players though which bodes well.

We have great momentum and hopefully we can continue that and not get injuries to our key players. One thing to mention that hasn’t been mentioned too often afaik is that there’s also the pressure to handle. We have done it well so far. Pressure could get to us especially if we have one or two bad/unlucky results. Hopefully we will handle it well if it gets very close.
