  1. Yeah, and the "real" supporters of the club love the other one... :-)
  2. Agree, but what about SA. He could hinder our progress... (hope that was gramatically correct :-))
  3. The grammar I can forgive since you're Norwegian but the maths I can't. "We are closer to relegation than top 6" We currently lie 11th. 5 places from top 6. Relegation is from 18th, 7 places from where we are. OK I think I see your point but you leave yourself open to correction by statements such as this. And for what it's worth I'll wait until at least the end of the season before making my opinion. I for one am trying to be patient with SA, Rome wasn't built in a day and I do still believe he'll turn it around. Way too soon for threads like this. I can't believe that people use such arguments, FFS! Don't tell us that we have to be satisfied with what we "achieved" so far...
  4. achievments? what would they be then? I bet you would call it achievments if the toon would be third in the league and if SA was named Manager of the month. I mean people on here say that SA has already achieved a lot...i wonder what that is. Not saying that Sven is world class, but definitely better that SA.
  5. I haven't had much faith in SA before hired...but definitely more than now! Ericssons achievings are quite impressive so far..
  6. Mourinho is a good manager as long as the team get the results right... But when it comes to crisis', he will fail. Don't know if he's that good without any money to spend. England and Jose doesn't match!
  7. Never said, that he's not correct, but I blame him for the timing... Anyway, did not like him when he was at Liverpool. And more so I can't understand the hype since he's been here. Was too expensive and has done nothing so far. I would would have taken the player he was some years ago, but not after his Real Madrid stay. I know, it's an old story...
  8. It was a shite comment. Total unnecessary. A good sportsman just accepts the defeat. Managers get slated for that sort of comment...
  9. Newcastle’s Michael Owen, Not Only Injury Prone But Also A Blithering Idiot. November 26, 2007 Injury-prone Michael Owen might need his head checking as well as his dodgy knackered limbs. He told The Sun after the World Cup qualifying draw, in which England were again paired with Croatia, that: “I don’t think any of the Croatian team would get into our team. Doesn’t that tell you it’s not about ability or technique but in the mind. We have very demanding fans and a media who expect a great deal from the England team — and rightly so. How we, as players, cope with that is where the problem lies. I watched the Croatia game and so often it broke down purely because of pressure. It came down to the pressure of making a mistake when it mattered. If we’d won the games we should have, we wouldn’t have ended up putting that kind of pressure on ourselves. It was our own fault.” Not a single player would get into the England side? Does Owen need his head checking? Little Micky continued with this dazzling display of optimism saying: “When I look around the England squad and see the talent we have, I cannot imagine that we will not win something. A few lucky breaks at the right time wouldn’t go amiss — but we can’t just rely on good luck to see us through. We have got to apply the ability we have got — and I dare anyone to say it is not there.” Has he no idea that we failed to qualify for Euro 2008, and Croatia did us at Wembley in the crappy denouement? And what is all this guff about not a single Croatia player getting into the England team? The goalie would definitely waltz into the team and the way the defence played last week Bilic could probably dust off his boots and get into the England side too. And what of Portsmouth’s Kranjcar, he’d get in surely? sorry
  10. http://www.caughtoffside.com/2007/11/26/newcastles-michael-owen-not-only-injury-prone-but-also-a-blithering-idiot/3756.html What an idiot!!!
  11. :-) That just a clichee! There was a time i actually did like the english national team, but definitely not now. Too much arrogance in it... Just tried to wind you up btw... And concerning the Jews, i am absolutely fair when it comes to justice. I am with you on this. Don't like the banking secret and that we are "Taxless-Island"!
  12. "ON THE pitch" of course...
  13. Oba will get some time pitch at least... >

    Forget Riquelme

Would welcome both with open arms...
  15. Since the Tottenham game I am hopeful of entertaining football again... I am way to crictical normally, but this time I really enjoyed that watch. Still hope for some improvement, but as long as we score, I am happy.
  16. Since when is this a football topic?
  17. Boring? The best game i've seen for a long time... (haven't seen the games against Everton and West Ham). Liked what I saw...
