As a foreign fan (Australian) I'd love to see more premiership teams abroad. Not in this stupid 39th game crap but something pre season but properly organised. Perhaps PL teams playing the winners of various foreign leagues, countries chosen for PL teams by their position in the league.

Surely at this stage in the season anybody with a reasonable amount of intelligence can use our previous matches to work out what teams we have left to play and wheter we play them at home or away (no match dates of course).

A really good signing if he can score in games he doesn't play in tho.

A quick check of the fixtures should blunt thine sarcasm. It's not that it isn't possible that we will go down (although extremely unlikely), only that ommitting data that doesn't support your agruement seems a bit like cheating to me. A bit like trying to prove that we can't go down by asking that our fixtures against top 4 sides aren't taken into account.

I think that if we score more goals than the team we are playing each match, we will have a cracking end to the season. tongue.gif

Heart says - He's done a good job. We were missing some big names yet he still managed to win games. If it were a more recognised name in the job, there would be outrage for criticizing the new manager for the games we lost. Got us from possible relegation to 7th spot, better than all expectations. Earned at least a chance to keep proving himself. Head says - He's unproven over the longer term, would like manager with proven track record for success. Next season things could go really bad really quickly. What if we need shot of him two months into the season and there is nobody of a decent quality to replace him?
