FWIW, it is an absolute shame that injuries have pretty much knacked his career. Certainly before his injury problems, he was one of England's best midfielders, no doubt (circa 2006-2008). Not sure if any PL club will sign him up tbh.

My Arsenal supporting mates don't rate Bendtner at all like. He might just be "alright" for us if we do sign him (which will never happen imo).

Tackling is still a pretty important attribute for any defender like. But Clichy has declined quite a bit this past season or so imo.

He can't really defend for one thing. Most successful tackles of any defender in the league last year. Touché.
