This is it in a nutshell. I don't have an opinion on where this club 'should' be, there is no 'god given' right for a football club to be in any league or position. I just want to see an effort to improve. I want to see us try and win the league ffs, every fucking season we should try and win as many games as possible and we shouldn't be happy with anything less. That shouldn't sound as ridiculous as it does. Obviously it's going to be difficult to nigh on impossible, but I don't support the club to see it be average. I support the club and want it to be as good as it can.

Yep, I think so too. It all comes down to the money, it impacts player development, playing style and decision making from very early on.

I'm not half as pessimistic about this as most on here. We already knew all the things he has said, they are the reasons we feel the club has very little ambition. He's not lying at all, he's just stating things we already knew and basically hate about how our club is run. In a way, I prefer it. I'm fairly happy with what he has said about their ideas for a new manager, not particularly happy about his time-scales or stance on player recruitment. Basically, get a decent manager in and I'll start enjoying football matches again. That's mostly what this is about for me; the quality of the football. I want to enjoy watching us play again.

When have Delph, Benteke or Berahino had shots at big clubs? or any of our players?

Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea. Best performances were Stoke (H or A), Man Utd and WBA though This. Though I perversly enjoyed Swansea away when we won 0-2 with probably only 2 shots and 2% possession all game I fucking LOVED that. I also really enjoyed using Stoke's handtowels.
