I don’t remember Fraser refusing to play here when his contract was winding down, I thought he’d fell out with Howe in training and was exiled. i could be forgetting though, a lot has happened in the last 5 years or so!

I don’t think it was a toxic situation in any way, just meant he slipped out of the back door as mentioned rather than a big fan fare. its also different leaving in Jan than it is end of season. id imagine stuff like this happens in football all day in day out. Just one of those things.

Not bizarre at all really, protecting himself for a new contract elsewhere. I don’t blame him tbh.

He refused to play for a while prior to leaving. We had a bit of an injury crisis in December (ish, this season has been so long I can’t really remember) and he basically wouldn’t play.

I’d hazard a guess you could take a player from West Ham whatever league they end up in, tbh.

The West Ham itk fella, who’s usually very good, reckons Man Utd have got Matheus Fernandes.

Are we likely to sell him? I’m not that sure to be honest.

They were unbelievably close. Cole went to Huddersfield with Clark as well as a striker coach for a bit, I’m surprised he hasn’t done more of that really. Im not having the ‘toot head’ nonsense though. Utter shite that imo.

It’s a fair question. I really like Anderson, and really wish he played for us, but he’s done nowt to be valued at £125m really. if he does the business at the World Cup, different story, but he’s done very little/nothing on any big stage as it stands to justify that sort of fee. I’ve said it before, I think Gordon is cheap at £75m.
