  1. So what happens to clubs with huge loans that will no longer be interest-free? Are they just in breach and will be dealt with by both UEFA and the Premier League? Genuine question, because this could be a major issue for clubs like Brighton and Everton. You’d imagine it would also impact Arsenal's growth.
  2. Last time I read up on those they had no teeth and nobody really gave a fuck about them. Has that changed? (Genuine question).
  3. But surely, the only way to keep clubs compliant is to raise the loss headroom, right? How could that not benefit NUFC?
  4. This is my reading of it as well. The simplest fix would be to raise the headroom for losses. Which would be a huge benefit for us.
  5. Significant about the loans will do nicely tbh. As will transparency. Take both of those 👍🏻
  6. I don't think (from my limited understanding) that'll ever change, nor do i think anyone would really expect it to do so overall. But the mechanics will, and I cannot see how that doesn't benefit us.
  7. Aye, you'll do for me, i've seen enough already. Heron is right 👍🏻
  8. 😂 I've not actually read anything from you as yet, i've only gone to the last page or 2. I'll go and have a look at your take now. 👍🏻
  9. Not at all, I don’t particularly agree or disagree with anyone on this, I don't know enough to do so. I’m just guided by the experts, as I find that’s the best approach. And when the most qualified person in the country says it’s significant, I’ll trust that over someone on Twitter or an NUFC forum.
  10. But surely they will going forward? This cant have 0 impact on clubs who now have to pay interest who didn't in the past. That makes no sense whatsoever.
  11. The number one sports KC in the country seems to think today is significant. I’m inclined to trust his judgment on this one.
  12. Do you think Arsenal are going to sit back and accept that they may have breached/may breach PSR once their loan interest is factored in? And do you think we'll just let Brighton sign Minteh from us to stay within the rules while they operate with interest-free loans, which have now been deemed unfair? Of course not. At the very least, the increased headroom that will no doubt be brought in to protect the likes of Arsenal, will benefit us.
  13. And by the fact that the words 'unlawful' were used several ties as a result of their rules/processes. The PL have fucked up here no matter which way it is carved up, and the consequences will be big in terms of the league and it's members.
  14. This is likely to change the way PSR is handled moving forward. It’s good news for NUFC, regardless of how it’s spun by the legal experts suddenly popping up all over the internet today.
  15. It'll be Southgate or Potter imo. They cant afford (PSR wise) to pay him off and buy a manager out by all accounts.
  16. I think southgate will do well there, i hope it isnt him.
  17. I don't mean to have any back and forth tbh 😂
  18. In fact, a quick google produces this: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-13877645/Kieran-Trippiers-wife-Charlotte-ditches-wedding-ring-moves-new-3-8m-Cheshire-mansion-kids-couple-live-separate-lives.html
  19. As i've said before, I don't know Trippier, I just know people who do but i also know people who know his mrs. She is definitely living in Manchester (Hale i think but don't quote me on that) with the kids. No idea what Shadow Puppets knows or doesn't tbh, but the above is a fact.
  20. His mrs has 100% left him, moved to Manchester with the kids. Trippier still wants out, his saudi move died when Staveley left but he's up for going literally anywhere as long as its on a longer deal than he has now.
