We will need 5 or 6 players to come into the first team as starters. I'd get Krul back and keep Darlow and let them fight to be first choice, Yedlin will be good enough at right back, Clark will do a job in the middle of our defence and Lascelles as back-up. Shelvey, Hayden and Ritchie are good enough in their positions. I don't know about Lazaar as he hasn't played anywhere near enough games to know one way or the other. Gayle will be OK but I would like somebody better up front. Aarons will have to find some fitness if he's going to stay, he looks good enough but his reliability due to fitness is a problem. Perez did a good enough job in the Premiership to be at least back-up and I hope that we sign Atsu. Dummett can stay as back-up. The players I'd bin from the squad are Sels either on loan or sold, I would get rid of Elliot, Colback, Diame, Mitrovic, Hanley, Anita, Gouffran, Haidara, Mbemba if Rafa doesn't want to play him, Gamez because of his age, Sammy, Murphy, Riviere if we can find somebody to take him, De Jong and Saivet.

We're so lucky to have him.

25 points. So 6 points from safety,. They have winnable games but.............I'm not going to commit it to type in case I jinx it. They're screwed.

If we go up I'k keep maybe 15 of our current squad and less than 5 of them as starters which is unrealistic. -

Not quite. Under the EDIT scenario, Huddersfield end up with 93 points. We currently have 78. We'd need 5 wins. We're more than capable of getting 5 wins, our best league win run this season is 8 which started when we came back against Norwich. -
They were on 19 points after 28 games. How far away from safety ? I think they finished on 35 points and stayed up on goal difference of 3 or 4 goals. Edit, they did stay up on goal difference, Reading were -25 and Fulham were -22 but they were both on 36 points, not 35.

The problem isn't really on here, it's the same reaction at home games and I do think it's hurting us. -

I think Kelly was slightly wrong. In 2012/13 Hull went up in second with 79 points and a goal difference of plus 9. -

It would be good to win the next 2 at home, 2 weeks on the training pitch and a few days off for the players should help us. -

I said yesterday that I would settle for a point and it's turned out OK, some of our fans need to learn to relax. -
Get in, game over and we're in a better league position after the weekend.

Our chances just got better. -
Hopefully. Don't rush him back though. The scar should be well healed by now, it will just be a case of testing it out.

I think he's broken a bone in his neck and they'll miss him. -
We can blame the officials but they only get one go at it.

I don't disagree, we have 2 very important games coming up when we've hopefully had a bit of a rest and done some work on the training pitch to sharpen us up. Hayden is back in training next week which is a bonus for us, it's just a pity about Yedlin. -
It would be easier to tell if Sky didn't have shitty advert when you pause the video. Bastards.

We've won games when we've had to and that's a good sign.
