I've got no problem with people doubting him, I think I doubted him for 15 minutes today after taking Martins off.

That's too one sided, we had very hard games which prevented us from gaining any confidence and we had three of our most important players on a different continent for over a month.

I think Keegan deserved a lot more respect that some gave him, even when we were struggling, if only for what he's done here in the past. Sorry, but he deserved better than some gave and they should be embarrassed and I'm not on about you.

His tackling today was class, one second he looked like he'd get nowhere near the ball then next thing it was heading away from danger and into touch.

To be fair, a couple of months ago Owen did look finished, Keegan has done for him what Sir Bobby did for Shearer.

I didn't see anything before or after other than piss taking and mackems throwing stuff. I was a bit surprised to see older blokes trying to get towards the mackems after the game but they didn't have a chance of getting at them.

That would have been win/win as we'd have kept his pay-off.
