Can't take your eyes off this.

Liverpool will find a winner here.
-
These results right now almost feel like a Newcastle win.

Danny fucking Simpson did.
-
Is oddly true but he'd be a bloody good option.

There isn't a secret. They all work really hard, they've got players who love to defend and work hard. 2 CBs are proper defenders. Yates is an absolute shithouse. Anderson and Gibbs-White have energy to burn. Then they have pace in wide areas and a striker in the form of his life. There is no pressure on them to attack teams. They sit and counter.

Anderson has been amazing.
-
I know he's having a stinker but I really don't think forest needed to name a stand after trent.
-
Also, Liverpool dropping form for a potential cup final would be sweet.

Couldn't give a fuck what happens around us. The only way we finish in CL places is by picking up points. We need to back ourselves.
-
They aren't European chasers man. They are title chasers.
-
Wood shite, Gordon shite, Elanga not good enough for us. There's been some howlers recently.
-
Be honest, the thought of Newcastle in a title race has gone through all of your heads.

Awful defending from Liverpool.
-
Absolutely disgusting from Luke Edwards and nice to see Eddie Howe professionally two foot him into the dirt. 25th minute if the press conference if anyone is interested.

He's been second fiddle to Pope, he's had a gentleman's agreement with the club that they would let him leave if he found a new club and all of a sudden we've realised that actually we need him until the end of the season. A financial sweetener, without a contract extension, is the perfect solution. It's going to be pennies to the club, and alot less money than it would be if we were forced into giving him a new contract which binded us to a player who's not in our long term plans. You can say "he's got a contract, so he can just do what we say" but as a club we will live and die by how we treat our players, if we treat Dubravka like shit by going back on our world, it would upset him, it could annoy his teammates and it could harm our reputation with potential signings. We've done the right thing.

From a pure tactical point of view, Strand-Larsen is the sort of striker that Burn loves to play against. Cuhna on the break is something we need Sandro to look out for. Provided we deal with those two, we should dominate the game and they will give us plenty of chances. I also think from a Wolves psychological point of view, they really don't want SJP on a Wednesday night.
-
I just feel like we were bouncing from game to game and this is like a new set of fixtures from a mental point of view. Hopefully the players don't feel like that.
-
This is a tough game, not because Wolves are any good but because we've had a mini break and we have to get back on the horse. If we win this, we will win the next few and cement our CL run. If we draw/lose doubt might creep in and we don't need that.

Longstaff was our worst player. Targett was one of our better players yesterday. That's my opinion.
-
Interesting one with Botman and Schar. I think Schar starts but we will now see Botman come in every 3 games or so, when we have a packed schedule.

There was a couple of times when Miley showed a really good burst of pace defensively but I certainly don't feel like it's "his game", as it were. It's still unclear where he will fit but that's normal. I remember a young Fabregas was seen as a DM then seemed to be an attacking player then dropped back to DM as he got older. Ultimately if we are a dominant team, it shouldn't matter so much, his game will be played further up the pitch. What im really excited about is that he has an eye for a goal. Remember him hitting the bar on his debut at Stamford bridge? This is now his second goal. Not bad considering that Longstaff struggles and even Anderson couldn't find the net.
-
I bet we've had enquiries from a few clubs who think we are PSR vulnerable. There's no chance we make the same mistake as we did with Anderson. This lad is England material.

Id rather start Miley as number 6, keeping Bruno as 8, in the scenario that Tonali got injured than have Longstaff come into the side.
