Said it before but It's the players that are not good enough. We have too many players who are not good enough and I think the players themselves know this. . If anyone needs sacking it's Carr or who ever is responsible for bring in so many substandard players. Not saying McLaren is the right man but I think they is little point in sacking him until we get players in who are good enough.

For years our defence has been shocking, one you centre back from the Belgium league was never going to fix the defence. The centre of midfield would struggle in the conference to create chances . Not saying he is the right man, but I think others need to go before him.

That's really not how loans work, though. He is our player and we should be able to recall him, I am sure when Darlow and Elliot are fit again Woodman will be sent back out on loan.

It was never a penalty, but we still had enough chances to win the game, we did not take them, so we cannot complain too much . The second goal was joke defending again. Keep giving away cheap goals you will not win too many games even against the Shit teams like Sunderland. Until this problem is solved nothing will change.

With Anita and Gouffran in the centre of midfield, we were always going to be in trouble . Need to find a commanding centre midfielder who can protect the back four better than these two.

Nice to see our centre forward not getting caught offside every time the ball is played forward. Think he will do well for us, hopefully goals will come.

The premier league is a very large global brand . with a small group of about six teams that must be protected to sell that brand. Arsenal are one of those teams..

Surely this is the last thing we want? I'd sooner we try the 'McClaren way' where he learns along the way about his players, who's good enough, who's not, losing a few games, rather than putting together a team just to get a result. I saw enough against Southampton to see that this system with 2-3 players changed will do well for us. Scrapping that after one bad result against a team who've had a philosophy for the last 6 years or so, when we're trying to get to that ourselves after 4 years of dross under Pardew, would be the completely wrong way to go. Agree with this, let's not forget how bad of a team we have become over the last few years. it's going to take a while to turn it around .. Hopefully after 20 games or so we can see we are improving and moving forward.
