Kuranyi isn't a class player. He's just excelled in a league where strikers don't need to be that good to score. His control is shite, his heading ability is average and he's not pacey. He's a bit better than Ameobi in that aspect but imo, I don't think he'd succeed in the Premiership.

No thanks. We should really look to sign Bridge btw. Although he's injured now, he wasn't getting that many games for Chelsea, and with the club having a sort of internal turmoil, we could possibly poach him. He's much better than some of our targets like Bale because he's experienced at both International, Europe and Premiership level.

Try reading other threads at the time again and you'd see I was always pleased with his signing (and excited when it was in the process of happening). Never once did I criticize the boy, not even during his rough start so I'd appreciate it if you don't lump me in with other people and stop chatting shit about what I say/said. The bit about his two feet wasn't criticism, was just opinion based on what I'd seen of him in Serie A, an opinion which was obviously wrong. This is where the argument falls apart because it is this fact that makes us a better judge of a player's ability to play and function in our team. It is because of the fact that these commentators don't watch us week-in week-out that they're unable to observe this. It's also why they keep repeating the same old shite that our defense is shit (even when it wasn't) and that we play good attacking football (which we, honestly, quite a lot of times, don't).

Yea, Liverpool should send out Agger, Garcia, Kuyt, Alonso, Sissoko, Hyypia etc. etc. to play against them foreigners. And Manyoo should send out Park, Ronaldo, Vidic, Saha etc. to play against them foreigners.
