Didn't realise Matt Ritchie had left Portsmouth for Reading.

A former colleague started working as a management consultant in Saudi in April but is not going to be hanging around. He said it's incredibly bureaucratic and it takes ages for decisions to be made with everything needed to be signed off by the CEO, irrespective if it is an important decision or not.
