Get the NUFCW onto it, Janina Minge german international midfielder
-
Aye - Installments only beneficial for cashflow, not PSR
-
Would be a lot more unsettling if we'd kept that Steve Bruce bloke...
-
Looks like, in my simple mind anyway, this company (SIC code describes development of building projects) has moved from being under control by the football club company up a level to being under control of the holding company. Likely housekeeping related to the new stadium perhaps?

Wonder if the mackems* will be unhappy of the "glory hunting" supporter Sam Fender fronting up the new Adidas 3rd kit ad (* and Steve Bruce)
-
More likely the "asset" depreciates over the entire FY therefore, his value is down to £16m at the end of this month, 2024/5 FY - His value will be near £12m at the end of the next FY (25/6) as I understand it

PSR losses are £105m over a three year period provided that owners put in equity investment of up to £30m/yr, so £90m total over a 3 year assessment period if no investment is made then allowable losses are only £5m/yr or £15 in a rolling 3 year assesment period. Prior to Sir Jim Rat, the Glazers did not invest so their allowable losses were only £15m - Ratty's £237m allowed them to include £90m of that in the most recent PSR calcs giving them headroom not to be sanctioned last year (where those incredible deductions for COVID and takeover "costs" wouldn't have saved them from a points deduction)
-
Hmm, that makes a bit of difference - new 5 year deal would only drop amortisation from £10.5m to £6.3m/yr then, still enough headroom for £50k/week wage improvement though
-
Yeah this is correct, we'd extend the remaining amortisation over the new contract length or up to 5 years for PSR purposes. He's currently into the 3rd year of 5 so we've effectively amortised £37.8m of the £63m paid. Giving him a new 5 year contract would reduce the amortisation from £12.6m/yr to only £5.04m/yr

Dunno why but "Have you ever seen a Mackem in Seoul" on the Korean lads flag made me chuckle
-
A repeat of that 9 game winning run from earlier in the season would do very nicely indeed
-
Think Bruno's actually improved the Sandro song, "Eats Spaghetti, Likes Moretti, Hates fucking Sunderland" actually fits together better
-
They can rot for all I care, let them have their "6-in-a-row" derbies vs Boro, Hartlepool or even South Shields
-
Hadn't noticed Eddie - Also the poor BBC man having to keep apologising for Bruno's potty mouth! Class
-
He's never leaving, is he
-
Im crying now, Bruno been taking mentalist lessons
-
Sky do a tactical voiceover and cutaway on their TV coverage
-
Bruno man, just fallen off my seat
-
Should have played the one with the rocky soundtrack
-
AC/DC to drop in and perform a special version of Thunderstruck, followed by Knopfler is the only way to save this...
