  1. Is it? In what way? If one of our players told the starting line up of our side to an opposition player, I wouldn't give a fuck. Makes absolutely no difference to what happens on the field. Really? If it came out that Duff had given details of our starting line up to Chelsea before we played them, i think most people would care.

  9. I'm suprised King hasn't made one list, he's definetly up there with the best.
  10. I doubt they'll be going down once they come up under Keane, for a while at least.

  12. He's not average, he's shite. But he gets the vote for being left footed?? Do you think there's currently a better left-back at the club? Obviously he's not good enough long term but he should be played until the end of the season and hopefully be kept as backup beyond that.
  13. Given Solano Taylor Onyewu Babayaro Butt Emre Dyer N'Zogbia Martins Owen Subs: Krul, Edgar, Parker, Milner, Duff It does lack width but Solano and Babayaro (who'll hopefully be replaced in the Summer) get forward enough for it to work. I'd want Dyer, N'Zogbia & Martins interchanging roles throughout the game, with Emre & Solano provding the through balls. Plus, having two deep lying midfielders would relieve the attacking quartet of any defensive responsibilities. I think Dyer is ineffective wide right and N'Zogbia often looks more comfortable cutting inside - certainly worth a try when Owen returns.

    World Best XI?

Just a coincidence, then, that the three players you mentioned were the three fullbacks who excelled during the Summer.

    World Best XI?

    That was my point...
  18. Reo-Coker would be somewhat of a gamble considering he's only performed consistently for one season.. and even if West Ham are relegated, as the England u21 captain, he's sure to have an overinflated price tag. I'm undecided about Sidwell, he'd only leave Reading for guarenteed first team football and i don't know wether he's good enough to merit it.

Lahm and Grosso... having a decent World Cup seems to do wonders for your reputation.

    World Best XI?

Don't want sound like an ass, but in a world XI you would have the main CM be a 19 year old? Why not? I can't think of much his game lacks.
