If Levy releases funds and Conte get's in some more quality for Spurs, they could be formidable domestically and abroad.
(bigger threats to Liverpool, Man City, and deep runs in CL is what I mean)
Sounds like the Swansea who did well last time in the Prem. If you do get into a promotion position next year, that type of football could keep you up.
Conte is definitely the personality type to turn it around. I’d argue Spurs are more of a “team”, as Man U are a collection of players strung together. Could have gone to shit and Conte might have walked as a bottom line as well.
