Good leadership creates good culture and that typically leads to success more often than not.

Nah We had 10-15min of decent football post conceding, then promptly fell apart and are lucky to only be down by 1. Again, no shape, movement, other than hoofball, ASM carrying the ball up the pitch while getting hacked to shit with one easily saved header on goal in 45min. Whew. Nothing good we do is ever sustainable, and is all just happenstance. The team just makes it up as they go, and so the majority of the time it's all just rubbish. It's no coincidence we look our best against other teams who play a similar way to us, i.e. Sheffield or Burnley. Direct, one dimensional football akin to the heyday's of PFM style. Whew!

This. There's no world beating talent on that team, their main goal threat isn't even playing FFF. They are a well drilled unit and a moment of luck or lapse on their end is the only way we'll score.
