    The FA Cup Final

You know that that'll be the excuse.
  2. Spot on... we've got a world class finisher in the side, and yet people just aren't bothered simply because he 'doesn't care' - which is exaggerated in this case anyway.

    The FA Cup Final

What a pulsating passage of play that was!

It is really, just Man Utd-Chelsea/1st-2nd games don't make for entertaining matches. They very rarely do in all honesty. Rubbish! Chelsea v Liverpool in the Champions League was cack, Arsenal v Chelsea in the League Cup wasn't much better. Eh? Are you agreeing with me or disagreeing?

    The FA Cup Final

Two utterly superb defences... yet both teams choose to play with one striker.

    The FA Cup Final

Yeah. 2nd in the Premier League, two-time Premier League Champions, FA Cup finalists, two-time Carling Cup winners, Champions League semi-finalists. It's a shit game but howay.

Did it say that Prince William was the President of the football association? What's that all about?

    The FA Cup Final

Fucking sick of the shite modern music that is played in the background - it radiates round the whole stadium and you can hear it clearly over the crowd. Why? Why is there ANY need for it? Ruins the tradition, especially when it's utter American shite like Gwen Stefani.
  10. Bridge has simply got to get out of there to be honest. Such a waste!
  11. Aye, no way will he leave Derby when he plays for Wigan.

    The FA Cup Final

Just looking forward to Wembley tbh, that's all.
  13. What's his involvement in the club, Nutter?
  14. Sorry, i always go 'up' so it's automatic.
  15. Christ on a bike, my ITK came up right!!! Whatever next??? Sounds good to me! It's been a decent occassion the last couple of times the Glasgow teams have come up. We had something like 32,000 for the friendly with Rangers a couple of years ago and it was a really good game. Looking forward to it!
  16. It's been coming... McClaren seems to go to every Newcastle game, ever. Good for Taylor, but the fact that the likes of him, Dyer and Parker are getting in the squads - and not Milner - does make you wonder what on Earth McClaren has been watching.
  17. Other than Ben Haim, of which i think there is a very high possibility of us aquiring his services, i really wouldn't want to place a bet of any significance on what other defenders we may bring in. But i suppose you could say that for the vast majority of Allardyce's potential transfer dealings this summer. Just so excited. Although, as optimistic as i am about Sam's new recruits (low profile players fresh for turning into high profile ones), i really don't see a need to not sort out the wing-back situation properly. Once he addresses the squad more thoroughly, i think he'll probably see that. I'd still love to see a Baines/Bridge coming through the door and if there's £15/20m to blow, i don't see why not.
  18. ANYWAY, i'm with you - cos i don't think the Campbell rumours have any real depth. Pompey won't let him go now.
  19. Would never be anything more than £4m... which would be a very steep price to pay either way. Like i said, i was being hypothetical.

    5 released

Couldn't give a shit. Was shite here, always was, always will have been. He won't anyway. He couldn't even play with Woodgate.
  21. Really!? On a free we're having a fucking laugh. Ben Haim, Campbell and Heinze for threepence. Won't Pompey have something to say about that? Well yeah - i wasn't saying that Campbell would be on a free. I was exaggerating. Still, it wouldn't be a large fee... and Ben Haim, Heinze and Campbell for a combined 'minimal fee' is pretty good going! All entirely hypothetical i know - but i've been injected with a new burst of hope!
  22. I bet they'd accept dosh while they still can. Same with what i said about Bridge, offer them a decent amount - nothing extravegant, say £3m, and tell them to take it or leave it. It's a decent offer that - and it'd be a coup from our point of view aswell. I reckon they'd probably be tempted. Though with Bridge, i said £5m. Same principal applies.
  23. Agree with him! We don't need to be pretty... we're not anyway. 19 home wins is a healthy 57 points, anything picked up away from home is just a bonus.
  24. Really!? On a free we're having a fucking laugh. Ben Haim, Campbell and Heinze for threepence.
