These are the new prices for players in demand. It ain't 1995 anymore. More clubs have more money and the market reflects that. If we don't start to get into the game of getting some of these types of players starting with the summer we will fall further behind.

He had very little money and a very ropey squad to patch up first ie the defence. When he went back to the cash machine his card got rejected.

Some fair points. Hamburg still love KK that's for sure. The £100m over two windows is obviously a rough figure, but it is going to take something like that to get sides to fear us once again. I had just convinced myself that KK was a step in the right direction but must admit the Wise thing has thrown me.

I also imiagine they want to keep there kitty quiet so prices dont rise. Tbf SA gave the same impression, granted KK might have more pull in the boardroom.

that bloke is one of ashley's informal "advisors" apparently. used to be a coach at rushden before going on to work at charlton. some say along with Jimenez, he is behind bringing Wise to the club and some journalist on a blackburn forum thinks they are having some sort of input into scouting and transfers.
