Moncur thinks it's just lonely keyboard warriors that want shot of him....just wait till full time if we lose tonight and the reaction from the crowd and see if he still thinks the same.

Newcastle United vs Liverpool - 27/04/2013 @ 5.30pm (ESPN)

Surely if he's 100% fit then start him you complete wanker!!! No-one think's he's gonna last 90+ minutes but it would be easier for him to have a postive effect on the match if he plays from the start as opposed to his normal introduction on 70mins and weight of expectation is for him to save the match for us on his own. His negativity is gonna drive me to an early grave. -

just waiting for the southern press to jump on it of there's any discontent at the match tomorrow.... along the lines of 'just because they lost the derby they want last years manager of the year sacked, those stupid geordies' etc.... they can f*** off an' all! "f*** it jonesy 'we're doomed!'"

Question 1: Has either you or any of your coaching staff sat Cisse down and explained to him what the offside rule is? and in relation to question 1 Question 2: How do you not have a game plan that involves providing your no.1 goal threat with service which plays to his strengths considering he's been playing as lone striker for most of the games this calendar year?

Amazing what you can do when you "have a go" at teams from the start, especially at home.

Apologies if this has been mentioned/posted already.... interesting article in yeseterday's scottish daily mail where they've assumed that Reading and QPR are gone and take a look at the 6 clubs still in the shit and ask their managers some questions..... here's Pardew's responses: Q) What makes you think you will stay in the league? A) Do I have the squad to get out of it? Yes. I don't think we have reacted to the criticsm we've had, we've accepted it, we know what we think is wrong and we need to put it right. We now have five games to be fresh. They have been so different in training because they know they carry the responsibility to get results. It's very important that we respond in terms of our performance level. Q) Why are you near the foot of the table? A) I never in my career at any level had an injury-plagued season like we have had. Whether that's down to the extra games or just a run I don't know, but it has coincided with inclusion in the Europa League. Last year, we hardly had any injuries - I think we had the same back five for about 10 games. This year we've hardly had a settled back four, let alone team. That's been the problem. Also, we've not picked up points away from home when we should have done. That's something we need to improve before the end of the season. Q) How does your run-in compare with the teams around you? A) Our target is to get 40 points as quickly as possible and if you get a win you can look at the top 10 as it is that tight. But right now we need to secure points. Q) Who can produce the moments of magic to keep you up? A) Fabricio Collocini is training but it is not full physical training. We hope that will come next week as it would be a big boost to have our captain back. Hatem Ben Arfa is not ready to start. We are trying to manage to make sure we don't lose him for the last five games. I wouldn't say there's an over reliance on Papiss Cisse's goals. He seems to be getting the goals that are very, very important for us, but we do need other players to chip in.

Missed it...What did he say?
-
How long has he been with us and Pardew still doesn't have a system that supplies our no.1 striker with a regular supply of chances?!
-
He's not really said any of these things in quotes has he? has he?!

Players given up on this clown as well. More interested in getting booked than playing football. -

Just wish one of the interviewers would have the balls to ask him outright.... "so Alan, what was you're thinking behind the Shola substitution?" "errr....ummm.... it's what I always do aint it?" -

IF it wasn't us I'd fall off my chair laughing at that so called defending. How may days do we spend on defence training as opposed to attack? Looks we do hee-haw training of either. -

Gotta feeling this thread is gonna go nuclear n. korea style come 16:45 tomorrow afternoon...

I'm just waiting for this Kunt to come out post WBA, (after a 93rd winner off Cisse's backside after being camped in our own 18yrd box for 90mins) and say that's made up for last Sunday's result! 3 points would be very welcome but he needs a performance too that suggests he can do something that's only happened by accident previously and that is get this talented bunch of lads playing football.
