If the refs were that good at spotting faking players, a) we wouldn't need VAR and b) Maddison wouldn't have had a penalty against us. Refs should err on the side of caution in regards to head injuries.

Feels incredibly unfair that we have to play Man City on Sunday (never mind the fact that they've had two more days off for this fixture, as if they needed the extra advantage), while a lot of our competitors will have a nice and cushy winter break.

We signed him a free, while there were massive doubts in regards his fitness (knees could explode, remember?) and his quality. He turned out to be fucking brilliant, our best striker since Shearer IMO, but there were enough doubts for his buy-out clause to have been fair enough at the time.
