Isn't football exciting, these days eh?
-
He looked a perfect Schär replacement in our game against them. Based on that game alone, he would be an excellent signing, much rather him than Guehi. Obviously it's just click bait bullshit, but still.

Pure filth

Obviously that was hyperbole, man howay Uefa stated that the point of this was to have more big games and more games that mattered, and they've failed massively with both. Even what could have been their saving grace tonight has turned into a wet fucking blanket, and a bunch of Europa League level teams will eventually have been knocked out. Sure some teams will have had a good time playing in the CL with the big boys, but if you can't see that this whole thing has been an exercise in getting more of their favourite teams through easily enough and just making more money, then I've got some FFP and PSR sell you.
-
Good for them, winning a couple of watered down CL games, they've still pretty much equalled what they would have done in the EL.
-
I'm sure Celtic would have gone through as the third placed team quite a few times in those 12 years

Tonights game between PSG and City was the showstopper for the whole season, and boy did it deliver! 6 goal thriller, with the home team turning over a 0-2 deficit, what excitement we had in store for you tonight! Oh wait, the losing just need to win against the massively unfancied side next round st home to go through just the same as if they'd won tonight? Wow, that really got my blood pumping. It's almost like there was a very similar scenario in the penultimate round last season with a northern English team away to PSG that lead to a much more exciting last round for everyone involved
-
Well no, it's because the new format makes pretty much all games completely irrelevant
-
Obviously just want to be like Sweden again
-
Sounds like a money laundering scheme
-
It hasn't, as I've failed to give a single fuck about any of them from start to finish. Tonight's game between PSG and City would normally have, at best, been a battle to see who gets to play two games less. How fucking exciting.
-
Without even looking at the rest of the table, PSG got basically no chance of finishing top8. City only need to win because they've had an absolute stinker of a season (both in PL and CL), normally, and whet UEFA hopes for, it's a much smaller club in City's position.

Fuck me that's jammy

Joelinton fucking idiot

Fuck sake

I want to see the proper Newcastle in the second half please.

Second best to every ball
-
Fucking come on!!
-
Swedish tele trying to sell him to everyone now as well
-
In what metric, other than nostalgia, is SBR a better Newcastle manager than Howe?
-
Not quite sure, but it was a big mix of people from pretty much all over the world as far as I can remember.
-
As if all that wasn't enough, my stepson who wasn't even in to football like at all, fell in love with him at the Euros the summer we bought him, and has helped us bond massively and he's now absolutely Newcastle crazy.

I never thought we'd have a striker as good as Shearer ever again. But here is Isak, a lad literally from the same part of Stockholm that I'm from, lived on the same street as my grandad, broke through at my local club in Sweden at 16 years old, breaking Shearers record for consecutive goals in league games. And he's doing it in fucking style as well, he's an absolute phenomenon. When Shearer was at his best here, it was a debate whether he or Ronaldo was the best striker in the world, right now I don't think anyone would argue that Isak isn't the best #9 in the world right now.

Fucking hell man what a guy
