One word: continuity. That is one word used to describe the goals flowing in. Basically, what i meant was, first Allardyce and then Keegan (when he first came back) tried just about every defensive permutation possible, and shipped girls like water. Keegan then picked four, stuck with it and we ended up getting five clean sheets in eight games, or something like that. We haven't had a settled backline this season either, be it through injuries or whatever. Looking forward to getting Beye back, got to say.

All the money went to research this new technology. Since the amount of text having to be loaded will be one tenth of what it used to be, we should be fine.

That actually looks like a good XI to me. Tin hat on, but I would consider leaving Enrique out and still have Taylor in with Bassong LB. Bassong and N'Zogbia have linked up very well down the left when they've played together, far better than Zoggy and Enrique, and I still don't think Taylor is that bad. What? Bassong deserves a crack in the middle iyam. I know he does, but like I said, Enrique and N'Zogbia haven't clicked, while Bassong and N'Zogbia certainly has. Could also play Cacapa in the middle with Colo if we really want to leave Taylor out.

Not a patch on Rooney.

Agree. Got a sneaky feeling had he not been English, many of those saying he isn't world class would have a different opinion. Though I suppose it grinds your teeth reading about how amazing a player is week in week out, I get the same with Ibrahimovic, he barely even have to touch the ball for the journos over here to go mental. EDIT: Would like to see Rooney being given a tried in the England team with a Drogba-type role, with two of Young, Cole, SWP and Walcott playing off him. Could possibly get Lampard and Gerrard working in midfield as well, with Lampard playing the same role as the does for Chelsea, Gerrard doing Ballacks job and Hargreaves, Carrick or Barry playing in Essiens role. Would definitely prefer Hargreaves out of those three though, he's the only one who is even remotely close to Essien in terms of passing.

If Owen can't play on Monday, that's what I want to see.

Never seen him play before, but he stood out for me yesterday. Looked like a very good prospect. Has Aaron Ramsey played in the premiership for Arsenal yet, by the way?

Feels like I've said it far too many times.

I know he's good, but can he play on both wings?! He can do it! Maetihs saw him do it in that DVD he had! Was Jonas the one he said was shite?
-
Love that he actually called him Spiderman
-
He's a journo, and they are all out to get us

Not even meh worthy, tbh.

What is ridiculous is to say that they will win it with absolutely nothing to back it up. They haven't got the team to win it, who is going to score those important goals? There isn't a player in the Spurs-squad who I'd be confident in scoring that crucial goal.

Cheers, good interview.

Absolutely vital that we have Jonas back for this one, I'm really looking forward to see him play again.
-
Aye, but they won't be in it that long though. They've been shit in the league and in the UEFA cup, don't see any reason why anyone would consider them to be favourites.

At 21, and having already played a full season with Bolton, we should be able to see him as a first team regular fitness wise. The league has been filled with younger players playing every week in the last few years.
