It's getting to the stage where it's starting to piss me off, it's quite ironic only a week ago he was talking about how trophies is his main ambition and he doesnt want to be judged on the money he has and fair enough 300k is a lot of money but when he's on the reported 70k per week here he'll get that within months.

David Rozenhal looks the most likely along with Ben Haim, Rozenhal would cost us only 3.3m and we know Ben Haim would be a free transfer.

He's right tbh, they just missed out on the league with Kovacevic and Nihat been the deadly partnership and since then Sociedad have struggled which ultimately meant Nihat did too and we all know that the Villarreal move hasn't been a success.

Quaresma's very good, in the Ronaldo mould but always been in the shadow of him for many years, very skillful although at times too much would say but he's now found a consistency at Porto and is currently their biggest asset, i'd expect him to be at a top club ala Barcelona in the near future. Spot on. Plus he's a little chunkier than Ronaldo, and doesnt get pushed off the ball easily. Anderson is another Porto player who will be world class in a few years. Ronaldo is much stronger than him though, Ronaldo is deceivingly strong since he goes on like a like fagboy most of the time. People forget how well built the s*** is, and its the main reason players find him a handful. Yeh that's something he's improved over the last few years. He's become much more robust but more importantly his fitness levels are the best in the league in terms of stamina,this is why he comes out with the goods especially with goals like the one at Fulham where he looked like the game had just started.

Yep, but I think that said more about the defence than Aaron Hughes. Still, selling Hughes and keeping Bramble, then signing duds like Carr and Moore was a step backwards. Tbf to Carr i was actually pleased we signed him at the time, my opinion was a solid right back whod just left his club as captain and would be a very solid signing and although i wasn't too sure about Moore due to his off field problems, i'd heard a lot of good things from his time at Rangers so i was satisfied as it was on a free.

Aaron Hughes was good enough for us... our defence has been a joke for too long and infact i'd have probably have put him as one of our better defenders at the time.
