  1. I think Anita is being unfairly lumped in with Colback here, he's limited but he's more talented than that.
  2. If he was here for the ride I don't think he'd be discussing the possibility of learning something, because it wouldn't be a consideration for him.

    Sunderland

Not surprised at all that they're skint. Bruce started the big wages for past it players and for some reason they've just kept doing it.
  4. It's only ironic when it's the same people.
  5. Other than Aaron's We haven't got a winger man
  6. You would think we would check that he actually wants to come here first like We will have, man, this will be speculative bollocks. We've been chasing him for ages like most of our signings.
  7. Cisse's wonderfuck at Chelsea, was watching that in a bar and I've never seen a reaction like that to a goal before or since. Hatem's at home to Bolton. All 4 goals at the SOL
  8. Exactly. I don't see how we can complain about having the worst coaches ever and yet still write off someone who only got a year under those same coaches. Makes no sense. Maybe Cabella wants out? And as has been said many, many times, we've got better options at #10. We need a winger, surely you can see that?
  9. Will reserve judgement until I see it up close, but it doesn't look good. As others have said, the hand needs to be open.
  10. Everybody except for one, maybe two people. And again, I'll ask, what do you do about it? Replace him with who? Mick's not backing down on this one! S'pose he could have moved him to CB and put Mbemba at RB. It's admitting Montero was ramming him and he wasn't able to take it, but Janmaat would be more use there than nowhere. Those decisions are why Schteve gets the big bucks and he didn't take any decision, he was a frozen rabbit in the headlights. I hate to say it, but Dick down the road subbed his captain/liability last week after 30m and they won the rest of the match 2-1. He's not a fucking idiot. Everyone on here seems to hate Taylor, but he's much better than Colo for physical challenges. Maybe sub him for Janmaat at HT would've then been my call. Now we've got no RB next week. Terrific. Aye mate....at half time I agree, but that's not what Mick's saying.

  12. Whether it was the right decision or not, it worked.
  13. 4 long balls, won all of them.
  14. Obertan had two decent shots on target. How many shots on target did we have? The major error was playing two guys in midfield that were happy to let the opposition have the ball without putting any pressure on them Are you saying it was a tactical error to not tell Colback and Anita to push on? If so, I'd probably agree although that passed me by during the game. I'm not having the Obertan craic though, there's at least two players on the bench who would've contributed more.
  15. Bit of a sickener, we badly need him in the side but he looks like he could do with a couple of weeks on the bench without coming on to teach him a lesson. I don't think he was guilty of anything today other than making a nuisance of himself, there was nowt in that challenge. However, he needs to get used to the fact that he's already a target and shut his mouth.
  16. Aye it might not win us points but quite glad we didn't get stuffed 4 or 5. This attitude is vile, mind. What would you have done?
  17. He's going to get red cards regardless of reputation. I think the only thing saving him again today is that there's so little time left. Start him and he'd be off by 20 mins. He's been fouled twice today and somehow he got talked to. He jumped in to the challenge and landed with his studs on the guys feet ffs And that tells you enough about him that he gets talked to when fouled. It's not reputation, its behaviour. Needs to get a grip and fast. Are you blind or did you have the TV off? He never touched the guy. He was trying to protect the ball with his body, as Pelle was doing all game against Everton. Weird isn't it, I saw a full blooded, badly attempted challenge. He hit the floor, not the player.
  18. His major error today was starting Obertan again, Aarons may not be fit enough but Perez must be. After that, I haven't got any major gripes with him today. I think it's ludicrous to suggest he was in any way complicit in the sending off, that was all Janmaat's stupidity, and I haven't got a problem with shutting up shop and avoiding a thrashing.
  19. Nothing really Eh, looked to me like he practically stamped down on the player!? Nah.
