Aye me too. Hoping they do arrive like. TBH maybe it’s just recency bias, we’ve been so good for about a year that I don’t think I’ve needed to feel nervous. Pretty sure I felt it during those huge relegation games last season until it was clear we were going to be fine.

I have to say, the one thing that hasn’t come back for me after my time away is the nerves. I get excited, look forward to it, etc, but the nerves are gone. Maybe it’s just age/perspective.

It’s a psychological thing, happened to me quite a few times when playing. You commit to heading the ball and the trajectory deviates from what you predicted, however, you’ve already committed and just go through the process of heading it.

Can anyone help me out with a ticket query? I’ve called the box office but they’re closed. I’ve got a kids ticket for today (sitting next to me) but my boy can’t go to the match as he’s ill. The last time I was in the box office on a match day I’m sure I saw someone paying to upgrade a kids ticket to an adults. Can anyone confirm?

You’ve said it all though so I don’t need to add anything here. All I will say is that Alan Pardew threatened the long term achievement of NUFC more than any other individual in my lifetime other than the obvious Mike Ashley. If NUFC was the UK, he’s Farage (or maybe Johnson is a better analogy). An absolute fucking danger.
