It works both ways. I'd stick money in if i got something in return I'd stick more than my money in. http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m4wauhMROb1qmdxdf.gif

Is the money going to that really hot one? If so, I might stick a couple of quid in.
-
Not sure what I'm basing this on, but I thought we had gone the other way in the post-Wise/Vetere/Keegan disaster. I think they just make better decisions on who to grease up.
-
This is a good point. Are we just asking questions about this method because we're so not used to playing a bit of hardball? As far as I can see we're not being much harsher than other clubs, we're just not the pushovers we're used to being.

I'm all for reserving final judgement until you've seen more (sometimes you can revise your opinion after years, like in the case of Perch), but there's nothing that has been said that classifies as a "wide ranging conclusion". You're making yourself look like an idiot with these comments, unless you have never expressed an opinion about anything, in which case it begs the question what you are doing on an internet forum really. You commented on at least 5 different areas of his game based on an hour in a friendly. You're still missing my point of course, but why let that stop a boring argument? This is what I said: Hardly any cast in stone conclusions that's he's the next Vierra then, is it? Oh, and didn't you start this argument? FFS. Comparing him to Viera now? Cringeworthy. -

Is it okay to have opinions on people having opinions about not having opinions? Because your opinion is shit. -
That was a terrible transfer decision.

Makes no sense, but that's Hans for you.
-
That's a class way of catching someone out.
-
Assumed a few places had a similar thing, RTG with SEB for example. The 'I'd be honoured' joke was class when it'd pop up every few months, cracked up every time. Now it's in every thread regarding a player. Right ruined it.

HAHAHA Carroll's been dropped for a friendly. AWESOME.
-
Welll, if they aren't Samoa, that's good enough for me. Nah, gotta build up Hans. Remember, he's then gotta go for higher odds on his third bet. And fairly shit odds for a German third division side, weren't they?

Go for Union San Felipe away at CSD Rangers at 12:30am in Chile, Kaiz'.
-
Good shit. Any suggestions what to waste the winnings on? Whatever it is, I say that as well as trying to win 3 times straight, it has to be at higher odds than the previous bet.

http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Liverpool-striker-Andy-Carroll-worth-f-all-claims-Newcastle-MD-Derek-Llambias-article829815.html Whoops. A fair few pages now but fell behind on my reading. Never knew that last line ffs. Unreal. Likeability factor has just bumped up a little more for Ashley and Llambias tbh.

We've moved on as a team since then and have also bought two better centre forwards than him. None of that will have changed. We would essentially have upgraded Best with Carroll. Getting Andy back in gives us plenty of options to play different formations or even change our style of play if the situation in a match requires it. I'm all for it. I don't get where this idea that we're going to keep Carroll, Ba and Cisse content for a season is coming from. We're not at a level of being able to tell players like that 'you're in a rotation, like it or lump it'. And I'd rather keep the current two and risk disharmony for Carroll.
-
That's a beautiful notion. But can you really see him coming back on the wages and expectations of being third choice?
-
Aye, 'cause everyone's reasons for not wanting him back are purely from a footballing ability perspective.
-
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Now, seriously. Back to the proper transfer targets of the summer.
-
I'll never forget the fans, this isn't the way I wanted it. I was forced out. I appreciate your supportive shaking of rage, James.
-
Surprised. Saw it was Craig and figured it was a given that he was going to talk about him returning to us like he had any kind of authority on the matter.
-
Fucking rights. Give me mod powers or I'm out of here.

Ouch. Sarcasm hurts the most.
