    Hatred?

On the subject of Stoke being a deplorable 'football' side. I had such a heated argument last night with some prick who attempted to claim that Rory Delap is a good player who has more in his locker than throw ins.
  2. Can't see him taking the likes of Rooney or Nani out for shit here. Remember he's also challenging the blue half of Manchester for the title, he's not going to want them to fall any further behind this season. Can see the PL being of just as significant importance as the CL to him this season, considering the circumstances.
  3. As far as I can see there's none on. Was expecting to do so as I've not had time to get in on the CL action this week. All next week, apparently. Stuck a cheapy Lucky 31 on 5 random Europe-wide matches.
  4. I lost my 95-97 one. Not that it'd be much use these days, I was, like, 6 so I don't think it'd fit me now. (fuck off Ali)
  5. Would rather hold out for a good deal to pop up on EBay for an original tbh.
  6. I think if he's not starting by January he'll force a move away. And I don't blame him. He didn't come here to be a sub. He's the next Maldini ffs.
  7. How did Stoke play when they got promoted, out of interest? Any better, or just hoof/throw ball?
  8. Meh, the same was said about Chelsea. No matter who causes problems, you ship him out instantly, and bring in a replacement equally as good. When you've got that level of money, it outweighs negative personalities. The only way in which it is a pack of cards is if the owners leave and they can't find as minted a replacement. Same as most clubs with levels of debt, except obviously teams like this will come crashing down even more spectacularly.
  9. Still would say no. That GIF  LiterallyJamie is fantastic.
  10. Yeah. Probably Jan/Feb 2016. In time to earn himself a new 3 year deal and then get injured again, probably. That's Marveaux. Super crock.
  11. Just a pet peeve of mine at the moment.
  12. I hate that logic, though. It goes in the same column as 'let's not risk so and so this game, let's save him for more winnable games'. Obviously not as extreme, though. I'd rather we stuck on the players who we're looking to get integrated into the team, whether it's a hard fixture or not. Not the ones who we should be shipping out of the club the first chance we get to upgrade on them. They could pick up a knock or a booking in the first 5 minutes of their first start for the club, they could do it if they come on in the final 5 minutes as a time wasting sub.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

Why ben arfa not passing the ball city181
  14. Might as well cancel the crock's contract tbh. What a waste of a squad place.

    Ryan Taylor

Saylor's a fucking freak really, isn't he? Love it. And let's pray that Raylor doesn't need an extended bad run to be replaced. We'll probably hear about how it's unfair to be pulling him out of the team on the back of a loss to the best team in England.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

some fantastic play both times showing what he can bring to the team when hes completely settled and up to speed.
  17. As others have said about our defence, as obvious as it may have looked, play to the whistle. But it's a joke to claim that just because aguero didn't touch it, he's inactive. The definition of active and inactive in these rules appears to be a joke. No matter whether aguero touched the ball before toure, it was clear as day he was influencing the move.

    Dan Gosling

Was pace ever one of his traits? Genuine question, never seen much of him hut I dont recall that being one of his positives talked about often.

Shirt in temper, then several water bottles. Then parades face. Literally. Ripped his head off and threw it at him. Team player. All seriousness, some right jizz in pants moments today.
  20. Me either. If we had a 2nd eleven on par with our 1st eleven like Man City do I'd never want a break ever. We're getting there, mate. Getting there.
  21. Of course logically the break came at the right time. Doesn't mean I wanted 2 weeks of no Newcastle matches.
