I know it's not the same, being only 15 minutes and probably to stretch the legs a bit. But I have to say for all the talk of staying seated, I find it highly irritating when the ref's whistle go's for half time and suddenly everyone decides to stand for the whole 15 minutes. Feel like I must look an absolute weirdo kicking back in my seat thumbing through the programme.

Yeah I find it strange that there seem to a number talking as if shite atmosphere hasn't been a problem before this season. Granted there wasn't previously as much on pitch success to rally behind but I still came away from matches many a time thinking how shite the bulk of our fans had been.

Yup. Unsurprisingly a few posts tonight comparing to the PSG game (and I don't mean that in a bad way), but as I think someone else put it, that was pure lightning in a bottle. I think the early goal effectively sent our fans in to a state of delirium that then carried both fans and the players through. If the first half went the same way as tonight I wouldn't be surprised to have seen the atmosphere gradually fall flat in a similar way.

One of the most annoying things for me where I was. If something didn't come off my claps and attempts to gee things up a bit were completely drowned out by moans, groans, 'fuckin hell man's etc.

Also, someone on here I think after the PSG match mentioned how a European team's away atmosphere is completely separate from what's actually going on on the pitch and it couldn't be more true. I guess it works in it's own way because that fucking drum exhausted me being in the same stand, but definitely not helped by absolutely no effort from our lot.

Honestly think I'll pass my ticket on if I get one in Leazes again any time soon. But for Dortmund's relentless fucking drums you could've fallen asleep in there. The cunt next to me couldn't get enough of bouncing his knees to said drums to the point my seat vibrated for ninety God damn minutes but God forbid he raise his voice for his own club.
