  1. The world's only fit Bolton fan. Unfortunately for you, she's in Korea.

Lee from Spurs is a decent full back but that Ekotto is abysmal. Surprised they're not selling him.
  3. Not for the £8m that has recently been suggested. £8m?! Jesus christ
  4. He seems to have a good reputation, yeah. I think he was brought in from some big foreign club during Moyes' first full season and at the time I remember him getting some part of the credit for an upturn in form. A local guy Dave Billows is now the main man on the fitness side of things though so I don't think it was a massive loss. Should be good for you though, I reckon he'll be better than whatever muppet Pearce hired!
  5. When Pearce brought Steve Wigley to City, Wigley recommended Pearce go back to Southampton to nick one of their youth team players. Lets have a wee quiz. Was it: A) Theo Walcott B) Gareth Bale C) Matt Mills The answer says it all about the pair of em. btw, I saw Sven has nicked one of our coaches, Stefano Marrone

Aye, apparently. Hmm...if thats the same Paul Gregg who used to be involved at Everton...Remember reading about him during the King's Dock fiasco. Wonder why he's involved, seemed like one of these people who don't care about football one bit and are only interesting in making money. Wouldn't be too chuffed to hear he was involved if I was a SWFC fan... Agreed. He isn't interested in football but to be fair it wasn't him who fucked up the Kings Dock deal, it was Kenwright. Then Gregg stepped in and offered to put up the funds and have the club rent the stadium back but Kenwright refused and there was a boardroom split. Gregg later found investors and wanted to buy out Kenwright and suddenly, Kenwright found his own out of thin air- driving Gregg out of the club in the process. These investors later proved to be a complete sham designed purely so Kenwright could keep control of the club. If Gregg has now got a billionaire to buy into Sheff fucking Wed while we're completely skint and being railed roaded into the Kirkby move by Kenwright I will be seriously pissed off!
  7. I've never seen a manager so obviously clueless. He looks lost on the touchline and I don't think he's even heard the word "tactics" before. He put Steve Wigley in his backroom staff for gods sake!

Is this in partnership with Paul Gregg?
  9. Steven Pienaar on loan to Everton according to the papers today I remember he was hyped up a couple of years ago, anyone seen him recently?
  10. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geovanni_Deiberson_Mauricio "Super Talent" He's only 28 So its not the giovanni who played for Barca then Olympiakos then? He must be about the same age as Rivaldo. Ps: Citeh also bought the wrong Fernandes, who next Scott Shearer? mackems.gif Marcus Bent
  11. Johann Vogel to Everton on a free apparently. Not a bad player.
  12. I wouldn't be shocked if Spurs cashed in. His ability to put a decent cross in has always been questioned, his desire to improve it seems to be dwindling. Also looks like Mido will go to Boro if the two clubs can agree how the fee should be paid............ His ability to put in a cross wasn't questioned by Spurs fans 6 months ago when he was world class and taking over from Beckham in the England side
  13. Cahill comes off the bench to set up 3 goals this time. They'd be shit without him.
  14. Pretty sure Barzagli was linked to us, Spurs and someone else... Rangers maybe, at the start of the transfer window for about £5/6m with quotes from his agent. It was on the BBC. £11m is ridiculous

Does it? It's us he's linked with in the broadsheets today, not Sunderland

    Copa América

Hope the Argies win. Easily the best team over the whole tournament and I've always preferred them to Brazil in general.
  17. It was in one of the papers yesterday that Sven wants Gardner with the logic being he gave him one England call up about 4 years ago. Would be a bad move. Hardly a replacement for Distin
  18. It looks like a Toffs kit from 1953 to me. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not.
  19. I think competing for a european place is going to get very difficult for Everton without an investment/takeover. Not next season but it's only a matter of time. Kenwright makes Doug Ellis look great.
  20. I read it was Cahill that set Viduka up? Came off the bench again. Woeful result mind.
  21. Well according to Moyes we've only got the money to finance one decent signing and a couple of loan deals Exciting times for us....
  22. Couple of Everton ones- http://www.bluekipper.net http://nsno.co.uk/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewforum.php?2
  23. Riise an immense physical presence? For a defender, he's a shithouse
  24. Chopra won't hack it at the top level imo. No way. And £5m is stupid. This, after Keane saying yesterday he wouldn't be paying any inflated transfer fees
  25. He's very good but still a bit raw. Don't think he's even capped for Brazil.... Silly price really.
