  1. They've been much, much the better team here, we'll lose this if we don't get our act together quickly.
  2. He looks terrified of AWB, always seems to play badly against him.
  3. Ridiculous that it's taken 2-3 minutes to reach a decision here, it was clear on the first replay.
  4. Gordon has been absolutely terrible, what's he doing
  5. Not too bothered about Trips being out, some of his passing has been incredibly sloppy lately anyway.
  6. RAWK is an awful forum, they're complete weirdos. I remember discussions not long after this forum launched about modelling it on how RAWK was ran, glad we ultimately went in basically the exact opposite direction.
  7. I think that's a chunk of it, but they're clearly much more frail at the back too. I don't remember them ever looking as wobbly from set pieces and counter attacks last season as they do this season.
  8. They're not in crisis but they've definitely been found out. Was obvious earlier in the season that playing badly then fluking last minute winners all the time wasn't going to be sustainable, they're lucky not to be below us to be honest.

All for positivity, but aside from his touch in the build up for the second goal and his running around, I thought he was pretty poor again tbh. He almost set them through on goal from the edge of their own box with one pass, it was so wayward. Crossing was poor too, and the "good effort" that he had that was blocked, he actually should've buried IMO. Really need to see more end product from him, at the moment he's miles behind Murphy for me.

The defending for their second goal was like watching us under Steve McClaren, the fuck are Chelsea's centre halves doing?

    Malick Thiaw

I can't see a single weakness in his game. Unless he's playing completely above himself, it's difficult to comprehend how he didn't succeed at Milan.

They're defensively solid but are scoring more than they should be, from what I've seen of them. I think the wins will dry up but they will still dig out more than enough points to stay up.

They're riding a wave of momentum and it will probably turn at some point due to their squad depth, but fair play, they've done exactly what a promoted team needs to do and have hit the ground running.

Completely instrumental in us building momentum in the last 15-20 minutes, he's been absolutely everywhere.
  15. Nah, if it's a Joelinton header my default reaction is just assume it hasn't gone in.
  16. Gordon, Joelinton, Tripper and Bruno are so frustrating and lazy with simple passes at the moment, we're often a bigger danger to ourselves on the ball than we are the other team.
  17. Been coming that, so frustrating how long we wait to make changes when the other team are clearly growing into the game.

Can't wrap my head around people expecting Callum Wilson's replacement to be available to play football matches? Being injured is literally what we signed him to do, not sure what this forum expects from the club at times.

    Harvey Barnes

Pope's getting lavished with praise for the throw (rightly so too), but it was the run from this lad that made the goal happen. He started from just outside the six yard box when Pope collected the ball.

    Nick Woltemade

I don't think he'll score as many goals for us as Isak, but if we can build around him we'll be a much better team for having him up front.
  21. Great win and performance, not sure if they were just a bit shite as well though. Hopefully we can translate this to league form and start getting some consistency.
  22. I just think he has more time on the ball than he's allowed in the premier league tbh, he's taking up the same positions to my eye.
  23. Benefitting from Bruno being higher up the pitch due to Tonali's absence apparently, pretty sure he's been playing in this position for the last year like.
  24. We need another goal or two here, these definitely have a goal in them.
  25. Trippier's standards on the ball have dropped massively, he's so sloppy nowadays.
