I'm probably in the minority here but I thought the atmosphere was fairly flat yesterday. Maybe the whole thing was just a bit tense, but overall, I felt the Brighton game was probably better tbh.

Interesting shift in role/system when Ferguson came on. Don't know if it would have been as clear from the TV but at the ground it looked like he went man to man on Ferguson which nullified him but also left massive gaps at the back, with Botman literally following him into his own half at times. Clearly something they'd pre-planned. Also, what a beast this fella is. For his first season in England, he's been fucking brilliant.

Incredible coaching job last night Howe and the staff. They must've thought they'd struck gold when they saw Brighton's starting 11 mind. Pre-game, I'd have taken a point tbh right up until seeing their team. That was the point at which it was clear they were there for the taking.

Gave Dunk a torrid time throughout tonight. Exceptional shift.

Exceptional tonight. I thought that was his best game for us tbh. Set pieces were better but some of his passing was insane. Incredible job on Mitoma too who didn't get a sniff. Was a bit worried pre-game because Mitoma had caused him some issues at their place when he came off the bench earlier this season. Don't think I've seen a full back have a better game against Mitoma than that tonight. Absolutely superb performance.

Don't get me wrong, I'd probably take a point now if offered, but it would be an incredible feeling to turn them over and be facing Leicester next.

Would be interested in a poll on how many would take a point here. My gut feel is that I'd take one now if offered as it's a risky game and a point on the board is better than none.

Imagine the feel good factor on here and everywhere else if we turn Brighton over man. Would be immense.

Do or die this weekend though isn't it? And we're not as feared as City would've been, where they'd have been chasing shadows anyway. My gut feel, is that they will come out swinging particuarly bouyed by their crowd, and full of Allardyce's 4-4-fucking-2 ness.

Might not be a universally popular call, but I'd start him this weekend. Will be a weekend where Leeds will likely kick us off the park and he invites kicks. Let them kick the fuck out of him, he's been used to it, get them booked and then introduce ASM. It's also the type of game where he could make an impact I think. For me, him in, Isak through the middle and bring Wilson off the bench with Maxi later on.
