Wouldn't be surprised if this ends up being the case tbh.
-
Was still really good. 14 goals and 11 assists in the league this season.
-
I'd suggest you actually go back and watch some games where he's played down the right. Rather than base it on Gordon and Barnes, or a three game sample.
-
It's certainly not ideal, especially with where we are with our squad building at this stage. When you take into the £60 million price tag as well, it really does make me wonder how far we'll be willing to go to sign him.

Barcola plays on both sides as hard as it is for some to fathom some wingers are capable of this.
-
Barcola would be a great coup. Annoyingly though, could see Chelsea being all over that.
-
Been thinking about leaving as PSG keep looking at and buying players in his position. Worried about being overlooked. https://www.getfootballnewsfrance.com/2025/bradley-barcola-hesitant-to-sign-psg-contract-extension/

Can't be mad at Brentford if they are looking for big money. 20 goals and 7 assists is absolutely outrageous. He's had a brilliant season. He's been good for a while now, a couple of seasons back he probably costs £30 million or so. No idea why we've not been all over this previously. If we can manage to get him for £50 million we'd be very lucky. They've started at, at least £60 million and a number of clubs like him, so it's probably going to be a drawn out saga.

Agree 100%. Should be watching Bruno like a hawk, and learning as much as he can from him, as well as filling in for him for the meantime, in that right sided 8 position.

The way the guy filming is laughing hysterically man

Would gladly accept either of them!
-
Agreed. They moved him around a fair bit this season, away from that right hand side, and I thought his output suffered for it. Best time to strike, now the hype isn't as big as it was last season. And so they may not stick to as high a valuation as they had on him previously. If we can land either Mbeumo or Kudus we're in great shape.
-
There's some talk that West Ham are up against it PSR wise, and we are showing interest in Kudus.
-
Any idea why your lot aren't looking at Gyokeres? Think he'd fit in very well in your team and the fee for him is really reasonable all things considered. Quite surprised he doesn't appear to be on your radar.
-
That striker spot is going to be difficult for you. It's slim pickings out there. Due to the current situation and the pressure that comes with it, it has to be someone that has some experience I think, ideally in the league too. That just makes the pool even smaller. Maybe Ollie Watkins could be a shout if Villa are still making him available.
-
I meant for the striker position. Think you really need someone experienced up front. You really should have gone for Toney last summer I thought. Hard to tell where you turn next for someone experienced and comfortable in the league. Best bet is probably trying for Maeteta as he has a year left on his contract and hasn't resigned yet. As for Mbeumo, if Newcastle are really in for him, I think we'll likely get him. But don't think that spot is as big a priority for you as I really think Ahmad is ready to go there.
-
Any news on who your other targets for the position are? Seems like he was the priority for you.
-
Can't underestimate how fortunate we were they somehow got a result against Villa. Awful team.
-
Can you blame him?! One of the worst touches I've ever seen in such a situation.
-
Oh my God!!! That touch from Jackson!!!

Betis are a really decent watch!
