  1. Spot on that! I’m sick of us being the so called ā€˜nice guys’ - it’s about time started we calling the utter shit show out that it is! We could start by using our Ā£20m 4th choice keeper as an example!
  2. Just read it and it is! Someone work their magic with this so it's free to read and I can send on to mates please! https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/5744787/2024/09/05/paul-mitchell-interview-newcastle/

Rigg’s got the potential to go to the very top – he’s been known about for years around Hebburn as a potential superstar – hopefully not with them lot! I was out with Dan Neil on Friday (oh look at me ) and he was raving about him! I was also gobsmacked (but it makes sense when you think about it!) that he got a Ā£35 fine from the FA for his red card which is the same price as pissed-up fools get charged on a Sunday morning! Da Rigg is a big black and whiter! I can’t believe they still live in Hebburn especially where they live ha ha!
  12. Not the best rating from the Athletic! Anyway, let The Athletic be your guide with a handy countdown from 20 to one as we rank who had a shocking window and who did rather well out of it… 20 – Newcastle Alan Shearer described Newcastle’s summer business as ā€œembarrassingā€, while head coach Eddie Howe said he couldn’t argue against the accusation his squad is weaker now than a year ago. The basic requirement of any summer window is to improve your team or your squad. Newcastle did neither of those things. They signed Lewis Hall, who was already with them on loan, a young backup striker in William Osula who failed to score in 21 Premier League appearances for Sheffield United last season, plus a couple of reserve goalkeepers. They also sold Elliot Anderson and Yankuba Minteh for PSR reasons, duly strengthening two Premier League rivals in Nottingham Forest and Brighton. As bad as it gets. Fortunately, they still have a decent first XI. Describe it in one word: Abomination

One of the most obscure transfers I can ever recall this! Goods luck to him - it's to mad to think we pipped Liverpool for him!
  14. Swansea under Rodgers at times were the perfect example - pissed about playing it across the back four and often got 65 - 70% possession!
  15. That would be canny mate! Aye early goal! Draw is 1pm today - plenty of local teams in it!
  16. When are these buffoons going to announce the date as it can be two midweeks! Assume it’ll be Weds 18th as the CL teams are playing that week so playing league cup the week after and we’re at Wolves on the Sunday!
