  1. Correct pal - also got to factor the nightmare scenario if Chelsea finish 6th, we finish 7th, Man Utd 8th and them bastards beat Man City in the FA Cup final! That's why I was so pleased that Chelsea lost to Man City in the semi final (and they should have been 3 up!)!
  2. Man Utd Palace a Arsenal H NUFC H Brighton a NUFC Burnley a Brighton H Man Utd a Brentford a Chelsea West Ham H Forest a Brighton a Bournemouth H

You got a link to the latter pal? Can’t find it anywhere!
  4. What’s this about?! He brought five off and only three on via flash scores?! I was flicking between this, the Darts and Villa so missed this!
  5. It is hence we’ve been very clever with the release clause!
  6. Well, it’s going to be an interesting last few weeks that’s for sure! Chelsea worry me looking at their remaining games hence I wanted a Spurs win tonight but they looked shot again!
  7. Said from day one that I’d hate VAR and my hatred gets worse e wet week albeit it’s not good for us tonight! Utter shite!
  8. Great news and rightly so - I can't wait to see him next season - seems a good lad so knows he owes us, full year to settle, learn the language, Eddie's methods, bond with the players, find out better places for bait than 'Spoons etc NUFC 25-26 player of the season - BOOKMARK THIS!
  9. There is absolutely no way in the world we signed Villa’s reserve left-back for £15m and made him our 3rd (or possibly 2nd depending on what Bruno was originally on) highest earner! Absolutely zero chance! He wouldn't have been on huge money there as well! No chance!
  10. Eddie's entertainers! https://theathletic.com/5463174/2024/05/02/newcastle-best-attacking-team/

We paid £63m for him and his stock has monumentally risen. Players like him are incredibly hard to find - I'd say he's worth £150m and he's going nowhere this summer anyway!
  12. I'm already sick of this Ratcliffe gobshite but he needs to pay the going rate for a "10/10 sporting director" and then we can all move on - tosser! “I think Dan Ashworth is a 10/10 sporting director — one of the best around. He would be very good for Manchester United. It is understandable that somebody like Dan would see the Manchester United job as a very interesting challenge at this stage of his career. “Ultimately, you can't really criticise Dan for looking at maybe the most coveted job in football as a sporting director, particularly with the challenge at Manchester United. What doesn't make sense is for Dan Ashworth to be sat doing nothing for 18 months.”
  13. A Spurs win tonight for me to keep Chelsea away! It would have been a nightmare if they'd beaten Man City in that FA Cup semi as you just know fine well, we'd finish 7th and they'd have won the Cup!

Be a cracking addiction this as would Kelly! Two great frees and gives us huge wiggle room for other areas!
  15. Gutted I wasn’t there but a great win for Hebburn to clinch the title! Some scenes in the bar later on mind! Liam Noble has made a huge difference - would love to see him there again next season!

Best all round CF in the world - he’s worth at least £150m and he’s going absolutely no bastard where!
  17. Well finish at the least 7th which is remarkable considering the ridiculous injuries we’ve had plus the Champions league adventure!

  19. 100% - he knows our plans for next few seasons, player's wages etc - everything - hence I'd make him rot for as long as possible even if it meant us not receiving a penny!
  20. Well they were getting severely blamed on Tuesday night after the match - the shit-houses Ended up putting £10 on Hebburn 5-0 instead which was the great odds of 13/2 FFS
  21. I'd be absolutely gutted if he goes but he's 27 this year and should be playing for a team challenging for league / champions league trophies. Pep seems to love him, sadly. Hopefully he gives us one more season after his big mate signed a new deal, Tonali back, a few big summer signings and nowhere near the injuries we have this season for next season and we push right on! If not, I'll hold zero grudges at all - he's been absolutely superb on and off the pitch and a joy to have as our player!

Genuinely baffled at that Shearer stat - can't recall it getting talked about back then!
