Would agree with that bear in mind players still at ANC as well.
-
No service at all would like to see him with more creative players around him before we write him off completely
-
So did most of the rest bear in mind who we are playing away from home. Dont know if im being overly optimistic but some postives, just at the moment they are far and away a better team than us.
-
3 at the back pack the midfield we are being overrun there, may as well go down by 2 than 1 not a lot of options to be fair
-
X Carroll coming off the bench i think
-
Did Ok last couple of games not many will agree though. Arsenal stepped up a couple of gears and we dont seem to have much answer to it. Giving the ball to them far to easily.
-
Smith effort off the line................as I was saying lol
-
Arsenal looking more dangerous very quick on the break think Duffs stated brightly
-
trying to take the game to em

Sorry to disappoint but seems to be usual anal bullshit story http://icnewcastle.icnetwork.co.uk/newcastleunited/chroniclesport/tm_headline=pompey-target-shola-swoop%26method=full%26objectid=20378751%26siteid=72703-name_page.html Every manager must run things through him now.............same as his exclusive super agent ringing him, blow yer socks off shite Harry actually rang me last Wednesday to explain why he had turned down the managerial job with United – and his parting shot was to ask about Ameobi.
-
Best thing about todays game is we all looked UNITED. Players didnt hide wanted to play looked for the ball and fans sounded like they where behind the team and management. Quite frankly F**k the press bunch of tossers who hate us and would continue to hate us whatever the result, read the bbc match report not quite the same game I was watching which while we where not brilliant we where not as bad as made out. A little bit of quality in the center and a little bit more time with the players and we will be ok
-
Camped in their half for practically the whole of the second half just a problem that we couldnt break them down but a lack of creativity has been obvious the whole season. Not a bad performance though when you consider we are missing Martins, Beye, Feye, Geremi, Butt, Barton, Smith, Emre and Viduka dont think ive missed anyone else. Think Milner was better when he went to the left and dare i say it thought Carr had a very good game. Zog looks rejuvinated and is set to be a massive player for us did well even though heavily marked. Bolton came to piss on the parade and thats what they did.

Its amazing the amount of column inches generated by a so called nothing club for these idiots many of whom where putting the boot in long before Sams sacking then more knee jerks than the ministry of silly walks. An awful lot of regional snobbery and the facts are that they really dont like Mike Ashley and just cant get their heads round him at all.
-
Zog & Enrique only positives to come out of that............hope to Christ Mort and Ashley have a plan but ive a horrible feeling that they dont

There was me having trouble logging into betfair, by the time I did the odds have already shortened. And I blame that twatty commentator. It's the Roeder situation all over again... Not a snowball in hells chance Pearson will get anywhere near top job

What has it all been about? I know we have had an easier first half to the season fixture wise than previously but we also have the best points total for this time of year for a few seasons, although we could have been sucked into a bit of relegation struggle dont think that would have happened. Seems to me the team lacked creativity and pace which could have been addressed this transfer window (the clock is ticking).

Could do worse than SBR to mind the shop to the end of the season, if his health is up to it. Then use him to advise who we approach to take over in the summer which would also give us the opportunity to make up for what happened with him by moving him upstairs a club president post or something similar. Would prefer this although not ideal to 2nd 3rd 4th or 5th choice manager being appointed and money thrown at him in the hop that it will all turn out right
-
If Harry gave enough encouragement to Mort and Ashley that he would come that they sacked Allardyce and formally approached Pompey for Harry for him to then do a U turn and to go public with that U turn is totally piss. Im assuming of course that the board had a plan and Redknapp was the first choice. We are back in familiar territory now that whoever we now approach knows that they are second choice. I have a terrible feeling this is yet another almighty cock up but we will end up with Shearer. There was interesting article in telegraph before Sam went advocating a Shearer/Newell partnership http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/main.jhtml;jsessionid=UBQA0KDW5XTLLQFIQMFSFFWAVCBQ0IV0?xml=/sport/2008/01/06/sfnpad106.xml Someone with some experience if Shearer himself does a U turn and takes the job on

Wheres Coach HTT would be interesting to hear his view of things. Thought he was being overly pessimistic with his posts a few days ago but he has been proven right when he thought Sam would not last. Also hope for once Oliver is correct in his big name blow your socks off manager who wants to manage us otherwise we are heading into groundhog day territory.

Pretty much sums things up for me
